The self check in didn´t work so had to stand in a long line to get my room with other guest who couldn´t check in by the iPad area either.

Location was brilliant. Everything was within walking distance. Very close to train station/super market/ restaurants/ pubs/ Tivoli Gdns/ hop on hop off bus. Bed was really comfy and room was quiet. Breakfast was beautiful; choice was great. Times of breakfast were really good too. 12pm check out time is handy. It was great to be able to store luggage after check out.

Online check in/check out didn't work so ended up having to go to reception. I had paid for an upgrade but I am not convinced we got it as the room we got was one of the smaller ones which is why I had upgraded in the first place.

The hotel was fresh and felt modern, and the room was clean. Despite it being a large hotel it was very quiet at night, I couldn't hear other guests at all. The location is perfect in terms of neighbourhood and transport links. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The lobby area is spacious and great for socialising or working (if one likes a busy atmosphere). The DIY check-in/out system was easy to operate.

The hotel was quite costly for a 'budget' hotel, but considering the prices in Copenhagen overall it still felt competitive. It is necessary to book a time for your breakfast, which worked for me as I was staying for work and had a schedule to stick to, but I would imagine if I was on holiday it would be annoying to have to be regimented and potentially have to wake up early for breakfast because of breakfast slot availability. The room had a table surface but this was at bar height, and the metal barstool was not particularly comfy. So using a laptop and working in the room was not convenient - fortunately there is space to work in the lobby also but for e.g. meeting calls this was not ideal.

I liked that the hotel has a central location and a really wonderful staff. They were very good about holding my bags, also allowing me to check in a little early, and giving directions. The hotel is also visually appealing, though my view was nothing special. A noon check-out time is also nice.

The hotel is not expensive. And for Europe, the room was a typical size (definitely smaller than the USA). Also, breakfast is rather expensive so I just skipped that. Also, while not the hotel's fault, there is no Uber no Copenhagen. So one is at the mercy of the hotel or chance to find transport.

Very nice hotel with superb location. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the on-line check in and check out which was very quick and easy. The breakfast was excellant. There is a supermarket right next to the entrance to the hotel. Although the room's windows faced the street we had peace and quite. It was the second time that we stayed in this hotel while visiting Copenhagen and we highly recommend.

We had a bath in our room and it wasn't comgortable, felt slipery and the water dripped a bit on the bathroom floor.

Great location for travelling and exploring. The red hop on/off bus stops just down the road. I paid100dkk for an early check in because I came on an early morning flight. That made such a difference and I would do it again. My double room was very comfortable and I had a huge walk in shower. The room was in the centre of the hotel so very quiet. There's little sound proofing, you can hear floor boards creaking, but luckily the people in the next room were quiet.

I would have liked a kettle in my room to make a hot drink.

The room was a very good size for us, facing out onto a busy street. No traffic noise at all, but a great view.. The bathroom was very clean and large enough to lay out all toileteries etc. Very efficient staff. The breakfast service was managed very well for such a large hotel. The actual breakfast itself was excellent, with plentiful and varied choice. The bread was especially good...!!

We found the bath to be a little difficult to access. Grab handles would be a definite asset to the bathrooms.

Breakfast was quite nice. Location was great since we used trains and metro a lot. Rooms are quite small but we did not spent a lot of time in the room, so it was fine. Everything was clean.

We arrived 8:30 pm and we had requested baby crib earlier. Unfortunately it was not in the room by the time we arrived and we had to wait about 45 minutes and asking for it twice. It was quite upsetting because it was late and our little one was very exhausted. Also it was impossible to reach the reception by phone because they didn't have time to answer. For any request we had to go downstairs.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. We asked for a quiet, courtyard-facing room, which we got and thoroughly appreciated! I also liked that the room cleaning was only every few days, which gave us plenty of privacy while ensuring the place was clean too a reasonable standard.

The mattress was very soft for our taste, the room was somewhat small, and the curtains didn’t do a great job of blocking out the light.

We got a room that was very far from the elevators so we did a lot of walking Because they consider theme selves as a sustainable hotel, no body cleand the room for 4 days No electric kettle in the room or any other way to make tea or coffee No proper coffee machine in breakfast, only black coffee
