Everything was perfect check in was swift no issues 2 room keys room was perfect had everything we needed shower was powerful and lots of hot water room was services everyday and breakfast was amazing plenty of food plenty of variety and choice even had special milks and breads for people with dietary needs we ate in the Italian restaurant in the hotel and it was amazing fresh homemade pasta to die for delish .......... mouth watering Beds was so soft and bouncy not what I would normally sleep on but we had the best sleeps 5 min walk for central station and 5 mins walk form the main strip Tivoli was closed due to Halloween decoration been maintained

the guy at the reception didn't really manage to make us feel welcomed when I asked about the parking situation he didn't care to explain it to me I got a message from the hotel to park in the q park next to the hotel and to use the hotel gate but when I did that he told me that it was the wrong parking garage and that I could've just used the one in the hotel I felt misdirected and then I was told that the parking isn't much more expensive in the q park which turned out to be true so in the end it was a nice stay in Copenhagen

Room was spacious, bed excellent, bathroom big with a tub. Loved the balcony over everything facing sunset. Minibarunit was suoer for your own use! Breakfast was good and the timeslot in the morning is just perfect! Keep that permanetly. This was second time here and coming again for sure. Love the room with balcony!

Lack of extra pillows. Hardwood floors dirty, bathtub would be nice to be cleaned properlly. The cleaning only for request. Its ok like in 2 days stay, but not above this. If the chekout time is 12 noon, no cleaner should be at the door before that....

The location was great. Just a little away from the noise but close to walk everywhere. Close to main train station. Easy walk. I have a sore hip and was easily able to walk the distance with luggage in tow. Breakfast was very good and worth the cost. Other places were more money for less quality and amount. The room was small but not as small as I was expecting. We had a 3rd bed for our teenager and we slept well. There was air-conditioning and a fan.. We walked a lot. We rode the train and the metro. Pretty simple to navigate. We did 2 tours. We used Getyourguide.com went on the canal tour. Was the best value of everything we did! We also took the all day guided tour to RocksguildCathedral? HAMLETS castle, Fredricksborg castle/palace and the Viking museum. Was a really good tour and does take all day. You have to buy your own lunch but they take you to a nice little town and their recommendation for a place to eat was great and worth the price.

We did not like our luggage being delayed in London! We were proactive and kept calling the airline and finally found it. We did not wait for it. We got on train and went back to the airport and found a ticket agent who called someone and they escorted back to baggage claim to find it. Was evening of 2nd day. It was burried among 100's of other bags and most likely would not have made it back to us ever! Highly suggest not to fly through London if you don't have to. The shower in the room was ok but I am a big person and it was a little skinny and there was a step up to it which was a little uncomfortable. Great value for the money though.

The hotel had an excellent location, with the Vesterbro station just steps to the door. Very centric locations, the hotel restaurant was excellent but also there are many restaurants with walking distance. The room was very comfortable, they have a gift for my little daughter which she loved. Tivoli park and Central station within 5-7 min from the hotel. Definitely will book again if coming back to Copenhagen.

The staff were great and really helpful. Breakfast was lovely too and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel's restaurant was a pretty good alternative to heading out and we ate there on our last evening before our flight which was really handy.

We had to wait for separate lifts on a few occasions as they are really small. The room was also pretty hot despite having the windows open and it being in winter. It was manageable but imagine this would be quite uncomfortable in the summer.

The hotel was clean Rooms are good and flexible. Great breakfast The air conditioner was great Nice employees

The elevator was too small and there are not enough elevators, we had to wait for the elevator about 10 min. The parking was not flexible, we had to go to another hotel with our stuff to go to the parking.

Hotel in perfect location close to city centre. Our room was very clean and we stayed in the terrace room which overlooked the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

- room was great, travelling alone it was just the right size. - Quiet and safe - reception was very helpful - I was able to bring my breakfast into the room when I did not have the time to sit and eat - AC worked and helped bridge the hot weather

- the wifi was not working most of the time. I had to rely on my hotspot/4G to be able to do work. Definitely the one and the only thing that needs to be fixed before I'll come back. Travelling for work, the internet is pivotal for me.

Booked a room with a balcony. Room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Two bathrooms was great! The natural light through the windows was wonderful. Great location. Maid and breakfast staff were great. Good breakfast.

Needs a little maintenance, new carpet, etc: Balcony did not meet our expectations due to uncleanliness and not pleasant asthetically. Reception staff a little stuffy. Attached restaurant staff chose to ignore us for 10 minutes until we decided to just leave.
