Rye115 Hotel

The hotel sits in an old building which gives it character and beauty. The interior and its decor reflects nicely the period of the building, with wonderfully squeaky parquetry. The surroundings are quiet, yet very well situated in Copenhagen. The option to walk to most parts of the city or take the Metro is great. The breakfast is delicious with very good coffee. The balcony and garden are lovely options to sit outside and read. Staff are lovely and helpful. They keep the hotel very neat and clean. Sharing bathrooms is no problem at all.

It would be helpful to have some more hooks or a shelf on the wall of the rooms to hang or put your things. A rug would also make it cosier.

The room was very large and comfortable, and very relaxing. There were towels, a bathrobe and slippers for each of us to use, which was a nice touch. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. This was the perfect place to start our 2-week whirlwind travels through Scandinavia!

Shared bathroom was expected and was not a problem, but would have preferred private. Also, no elevator, so quite a few stairs for hauling luggage --- so pack light! :) The positives definitely outweigh these details, and we would stay here again.

The hotel is stylish, nicely decorated with a lovely athmosphere. The bathrooms/toilets are sharedbut kept clean all day long. It's situated in a very nice quiet area, with restaurants, bars and public transport around the corner. The staff and owner are very friendly. They also rent bikes.

The room is noisy, you hear everyone walking (and talking) in the hallway/going to the bathroom/opening and closing doors (guests getting back late at night, others getting up very early, going to the bathrooms etc.. ) so don't forget to bring your earplugs.

Lovely homey vibes, feel intimate but also spacious. Amazing lounge/living room area and dining room. Everything was very stylish, Scandinavian design and mid century modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean, lovely soaps and shampoos.

Only slight downside was toilet and shower in hallway, but we had the room opposite so it didn't really affect us. Not very convenient if you are disabled, since there was many stairs and narrow hallways.

The location, room, staff and breakfast were all fantastic - the hotel.is central, easy to get to, and our small family ròm.was the perfect size. We really enjoyed staying at Rye115.

As it is an older house, we could hear the noise from the other guests so there were a couple.of early wake ups. The only thing we would have changed is that it would have been helpful.to have had a hairdryer and a couple of hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels.

This hotel is not for everybody. Located in an antique building which is currently being refurbished, it does show its age. The operators have taken great care of the substance of the building and tried to preserve its character to the greatest extent possible. This may not be to everyone's liking, but we thoroughly enjoyed the homely atmosphere in the room and more particularly in the breakfast and "living room" on the first floor. This really felt like home! The super nice girls serving the breakfast and the breakfast itself only added to the individual and personal atmosphere. The hotel is located two minutes' walk from the Trianglen metro station on the red circular line which is about a 10-minute ride from the main station, so it is very easy to reach. Will we stay there again? Definitely!

The only catch here is that there are only shared bathrooms and toilets. So if that is a killer for you, look elsewhere. However, the bathroom is clean and well-maintained, so it works very well.

Great location. Close to the metro and walking distance to the hospital. Nice restaurants nearby and a short ride with the metro to enter the inner city. Amazing bed. Slept like a baby all nights. Bathrooms are shared but kept clean. I almost couldn't tell that someone else had used the bathrooms prior to me.

The floors are very squeaky since the building itself is very old. It never woke me from sleep but I could easily hear my neighbours next door walking in their rooms. One of the shared bathrooms had some see through curtains that would not cover someone entering/exiting the shower. Overall no glaring problems that I noticed.

The breakfast was very delicious, handmade by one of the owners, the coffee was also tasty! The rooms were nicely decorated, spacy enough for two people with comfortable beds. The floors were just a little bit too creeky and the doors sometimes hard to open, which caused some noises across the hallway. You could always ask the owners anything, get tips for activities, you could rent bikes for 120DKK/day and enjoy the beautiful living room area. We met some very heartwarming and friendly people here.

Some of the other guests appearently forgot, how to use a toilet. And since you share the restrooms in this hotel, this was the only downside. No fault on the owners side though.

There were lots of thoughtful touches in this cozy boutique hotel. Lovely and quirky decor, relaxed lounge with balcony and honesty bar, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, good location.

The shared bathroom was actually ok, as it was kept very clean. However, the bathroom on my corridor was right next to the breakfast room and main entrance door, so using it in the morning did feel a bit exposed and stressful.

The hotel is in a very good location with restaurants and supermarket near by. You could walk to most attractions. The room is good sized and well decorated. The bed is comfortable and clean. The staffs were super nice and helpful.

The shared toilet can be inconvenient and a bit dirty after many people have used it. The sound proofing can be better, I have to sleep with ear plugs, but my boyfriend was fine without.
