Coral Village - "Caribbean Cocktails" Deluxe Suites & Pool

A secure, relatively close to the beach, secure, calm, very good pool, close to different business and restaurants

To my taste the room was too narrow, although it was big enough, the design was a little awkward

Atmosphere was nice, beds were comfortable. Kitchen and Washing machine were useful. Near to many restaurants. Patricia was very friendly and gave us many informations, she was reachable when we need and helpful. There was mosquito net on all windows. There were two air conditioners.

Some small details like a bit dust on the couch. There were many construction works near to us, but when the windows were closed, we didn't hear anything. The room felt a bit tiny but was usefully designed. Kitchen was full of usefull tools with an exception of a pan, which was very old.

The environment is beautifull and restfull. All people are nice too, including security. Room is great. Sanitary also good. Washing machine included. I recommend this community.

Very friendly and helpful staff and security! Ressort is very nicely kept up and has a nice pool. Excursions can be booked over the ressort and you get picked up and dropped off there.

Not the nicest area but mainly due to the alge on the beach during this season in the punta cana area. But Macao Beach was not far away and recommended from the staff for a trip and was very nice!

- Patricia (owner) was so nice and kind to us, she organized everything and cared for us our whole stay - location was very central (just a few minutes to the supermarket & to the beach) - big apartment with everything (kitchen, big bathroom, a washer for your clothes, TV,..) - the pool was in a very good condition

The hotel is close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Perfect location and safe parking spots. Patricia was giving me a warm welcome and lot´s of information.

It was a very clean property, proximal to a good number of bars and restaurants, and few minutes walk from the beach. it’s a quiet property as well and has security guards throughout the day and night.

It was a decent room location was fine

No morning coffee, no pool towels, no extra toilet paper their were no amenities, expensive for the size and my wife had taken a fall the previous day instead of making her walk around after check-out lounging around the pool or outside area might have been nice until we were taken to the airport.

The facilities were bad, there were no sheets to tuck in, the air conditioning condensed and the room dawned full of water. On the other hand, the staff does not have good customer service, I never had physical contact with anyone who was part of the staff and was dedicated to providing care. I only had contact with security, an unknown person who seems to do tours and the cleaning lady. The first two let me know that it was a favor they were doing for the staff lady and that it was not their problem what I was asking. It was a very unpleasant stay from the very beginning when I was contacted. Everything was complicated and not customer focused.
