The beach in front of the hotel was amazing. The food service all day long was delicious. The rooftop pool is awesome and the cocktails beside the rooftop pool are the best I've had.

It says All Inclusive but you're still going to pay some extras. For instance, you have to pay to use the safe (3$ per day). Same for the consumptions at the rooftop bar, either for sushis or cocktails.

The staff was great at the buffet restaurant, the entertainment people did a good job and endless pool was awesome. Also very clean facilities, need to control access better anybody can just go in..👏👏👏

I ordered a king bed and was given a queen bed and had requested for the room to be decorated for newlyweds at an extra cost and was not done. And yes the water in the room is salty. Could include more seafood in the buffet! Very litle parking.

Ernesto the Manager at front desk was excellent. Room was not ready, we told him we would be back in few hours since visiting friends. Since room was not ready when checking in he upgraded us.

The change in room because the first room was too noisy for my baby. The second room was difficult with the stairs. The last room much better but we get to spend only 1 night in it. We wish we had this third room since the beginning as it matches more our expectations.

The water in the room is the ocean water desalinated. It was hard to use the soap to wash ourselves with this kind of water, worse to bross our teeth. So we have to carry a bottle with us all the time to get water to use.

The hotel is very good, but what makes it great is the dedication of the entire team. I am very grateful to each one of the team, as I was received with great care, affection and attention. Starting with the security guard at the entrance, the name (P1 or P2) he welcomed me very well and helped me to park the car and it was he who helped me on my way out, because there were a lot of people and he helped me because I was in a hurry . As I also want to talk about OXINNA, ELIAS, JESUS, ROMAN who were angels and sympathy and care for me. JESUS and ELIAS you work with great dedication and I hope the genceria see this and empower you more and more. Good luck to everyone! I'm very proud of the whole team. Congratulations to manage this! The pool is clean and located on the beautiful top of the property. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The beach was beautiful and well cared for. From breakfast and dinner. It was wonderful, but I couldn't taste lunch. I imagine it's also great.

What would be better is not having salt water in the rooms. Soft drinks and desserts need to be better (sparkling water, cola, fanta).

I had an amazing time here! The staff was superb and the location and price were exactly what fit my needs. I was looking for a budget friendly but amazing place and Whala provided that with even more than I could have even expected!

The staff is super friendly and caring. We got a better room when we asked for a change after being in a room close to the pool bar (loud music).

The tab water is from the ocean (salty). The airconditioning was not cooling well for a long period of time.

The staff are very nice and dancing on the music all the time 🕺💃 Special thanks to Nikaury in the a la Carte restaurant , she is very helpful & smiling & nice all the time😊 Also Johanna Elizabeth in the reception , she is very descent & active & understanding & trying to help all the time 😊 A la carte restaurant is free which is not normal in all hotels😍 They have sky pool with amazing view of the Caribbean The music & atmosphere is everywhere in the hotel was amazing🤩 They serve all inclusive buffet & snacks all the day 😋

Staff was out cleaning rooms every day, also cleaning just everywhere (Cleanliness is my TOP priority and I give them 5 out of 5 stars!) The resort is right by/on the beach. Depending on where your room is the beach might be a 5 minute walk or so. The food is good I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I wish they had a little more variety for food. I felt like we were starting to eat the same thing every day.

I felt like the employees at the front could’ve had more help. It seemed like it took a long time whenever we needed towels, water, or to check in/out.

Great accommodation, food is excellent with always something new on menu, 5 pools are available for the guests, beach is nice and wide, souvenir shops, restaurants and markets are so close. Front desk stuff is so kind and helpful. Only medical team is arrogant and unpleasant, PCR is 150$, fast antigen test is 80$, which is so expensive, you can perform that tests for half of the prices at Centro Medico Punta Cana. Warm recommendations! 😊
