Friendly staff and funny especially Yasmeen Helpful staff and concern especially yasser Clean room and food Clean bathroom and shower Here I would like to thanks all of the greatest staff members of the best hotel I have ever been in Egypt. Really our short trip to Cairo in that time we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this great hotel for everyone, also in my next visit to Cairo I will book this same one.

Staff was exceptional at providing the best service even before arrival asking how they can exceed my expectations through communication channel. Mohammed was kind to help direct me throughout my stay with clear communication. Staff was very accommodating and checked in asking about maid service. I felt pampered and taken care of. Rooms were well maintained, expansive and comfortable bed. Loved the view of the tennis courts. Gorgeous lobby.

what not and why not. from facility to staff, hospitality to problem solving, solutions to support. me and my wife have been traveling for the last 20 years, rarely encountered such amazing staff. best time to evaluate hotel and its staff when the hotel is running with full capacity and we witnessed their unprecedented support. our first experience in Egypt became so memorable and a big reason is Triumph and its staff. from their staff, Leena, Amr, Ahmad, Gaffar and all the rest, hats off.

everything literally. we had access to the executive lounge where we experienced amazing sushi, snacks and fresh juices on our demand. everything literally was provided and indeed fresh.

I used to stay in most of Cairo luxurious hotels and for now, I can tell this is the most luxurious one in Cairo. The hotel has luxuriance and modern design everywhere especially at the room itself it is comfort and large enough. The remarkable point there is the customer service level, they provide the satisfactory caring the clients in a very ease way. I got a call before reaching the hotel to check for my preferences and any special needs which is something I never experience before even in well known hotels in the region. Thanks to Ms. Farah from reception team and Ms. Mai from customer experience team for improving this memorial visit.

It was a short one night stay but it was awesome.. it exceeded our expectations .. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and the food was great.. I didn't have time to use the pool or the gym, but I could see people were having fun from my balcony :) We found a little surprise waiting for us in the room. Nice decorations and a lovely cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary.. Thank you Amr for arranging that.

The shower was the only thing I didn't like.. The water temperature in the shower was not consistent. It repeatedly fluctuated between hot and cold, making it quite uncomfortable and inconvenient for me to enjoy a relaxing shower.

There is a blackout on the windows. You can have breakfast not only in the main restaurant. Very tasty mango juice. We went to a New Year's dinner, everything was cooked very tasty! Great location. Not far from the airport. Not far from the pyramids . Convenient location for excursions .

It's a little dirty, especially in the shower. There is only one employee and a queue at the reception at all times. Additional staff showed up after 15 minutes of waiting , which is strange in an empty hotel.

I would like to thank all the staff working in the hotel, from customer service who were texting me and checking everything was set up to my liking, to the reception staff who were very friendly and made my check in very easy, also the breakfast staff who gave me and my wife an exceptional service, they were very attentive to my needs and anticipated all my requests. Five star hotel with five star service. I recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy cairo.

The parking should be provided free of charge.

The spa area where the thermal pool is - it’s a matter of time before a terrible accident will occur. I fell 2x. Slippery floor No anti slip mats to protect customers. I will rate this as poor - an accident waiting to occur!!! I paid for pool view. The balcony was filthy. It should be a clean MUST before customers check in. I had to clean it myself with a customer white towel I reported this to cleaning supervisor.

Size and layout of the room were excellent. Breakfast experience and selection as will Breakfast area were very comfortable and food was fresh together with the serving staff. Amazing experience with hair dresser ( Said Rabeea) for both male and female Salon hair services.

Room service was good but not consistent as sometimes they forgot to fill the water. Also the hotel lobby allows smoking, which keeps the hotel smelling cigarette smoke everywhere.

This Hotel is superb , Luxury with huge lobby and Friendly staff. We got upgraded to better rooms so we had the Access to the lounge which has complementary Snacks and drinks. Special thanks to Ahmed Abu traika who is in charge Of the lounge during my visit, He was really helpful And friendly servers us with a big smile and did his Best to make our stay remarkable . In the other hand i would like to thank miss lina the Representative of the customer service , She surprised M e when she contacted me even before arrival to Check if i have specific needs or requests. She kept in touch with me to make sure that i’m Enjoying my stay.
