The Terraces Apartments Denarau

The Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Denerau shops, cafes, restaurants and boat trips Clean and quiet..Easy friendly check in on arrival.

l like the kitchen and balcony and out balcony the view is pretty. we stayed there 1 week but unfortunately my partner test positive we had to stuck another 7 days there. luckily we have kitchen everyday cook fresh food. And we are very appreciate staffs helped us a lot during isolation.

There is no public restaurant in hotel. we need to walk few mins to another side to find food in marina.

We, (mum and two teenagers)stayed in a ground level 2bed 2bathroom apartment. the apartment was spacious, modern, well equiped, quiet and absolutely lovely. the pool, while not a ‘resort’ style pool is perfectly fine for all ages, and quiet, it’s private.. we resort hopped and always came back to ‘our pool’ as it was clean with a handful of people using it as opposed to hundreds. the poolside cafe was lovely, we ate there most days. the staff are of course lovely and accommodating always. the grounds are lovely and well kept. the proximity to the Marina restaurants and shops is awesome, literally two mins walk.. also we explored the islands from there very easy day trips when so close.

nothing really to complain about, if pressed the wifi dropped out a few times but was quickly rectified and was strong for everyone to stream.

Close proximity of the port for lunch and evening meal options. Ease of Pool access and outlook over the golf course. Laundry facilities.

Not residences issue, but there's little option to purchase food at the port. Would have been nice to be able to purchase a few basics for breakfast e.g eggs. Not a major issue but the TV unit looked tired and a grubby looking. Safe was not fixed and was too low. Better in a higher position.

We loved staying here on the first and last day of our trip to Fiji. It's in such a good location. It's walking distance from where the ferries leave to go to the islands. The rooms are spacious, with 2 bedrooms - each with an ensuite. It was great for the small group we traveled with. The people at the desk were very nice, they organised our taxi back to the airport on our last day. The apartment had a small kitchen, with a fridge and it had 2 bottles of water waiting for us. Nice attention to detail. The pool was nice too. The free Wifi worked well.

- There is a food menu in the apartment, but when we tried to order breakfast one morning no one answered the phone. When we went to try and find the breakfast area, it was closed. It was not a big issue for us though, because the harbour is literally a 5 minute walk , with many cafes and restaurants. - The small bottles with shampoo, conditioner and body cream were very hard to use / squeeze out of. Recommend you bring your own. - No lift, so we had to carry our suitcases down when we left. Someone from the hotel helped us carry them up when we arrived. We could've probably asked reception to help us bring them down, so I recommend you do so if you need assistance.

Fantastic location. Five minute walk across the carpark to Port Denarau passenger terminal, shops and restaurants. Lovely private pool/bar area and beautiful outlook from balconies over golf course.

Lack of lift to 2nd floor could make it difficult for people with prams or mobility issues, so make sure to book a ground floor apartment. Water doesn’t drain from balconies very well after rain and tiles are VERY slippery. Took a nasty tumble!

It was just an overnight stay between flying in and sailing out the next morning. My room wasn't ready on arrival (after 2) but I had a very nice snack and cocktail at the pool area while I waited. The room was quite nice and the pool area was spacious and well set out and I was happy with it for the price. If I had been staying longer I would have appreciated a television in the bedroom for evenings when I didn't venture out. It was a very short walk over to the shopping area at the Marina which was ideal for a short stay.

Room wasn't ready at checkin time but it was done fairly quickly. Would have liked a more secure screen on the doors to the patio so I could have slept with the doors open.

we liked the close proximity to the Port, walking distance to grocery stores. Also the Pool area restaurant was so convenient. We would definitely stay at the Teraces on our next Fiji visit. We also had a room at the Palms next door and it made us comfortable to walk over there . Although there was small scale flooding on the road and parking lot, we were shelted with the use of a complimentary house umbrella and the use of water proof slippers.

A door mat for wet shoes would have been useful. The tile surface at the entry was slippery when wet and could proove dangerous if someone should fall. There was a leak at the dining room window trim as caulking was missing or deteriorated.

Location to Port Denarau. We have stayed here before for both longer stays and overnight stays before moving on to one of the islands. Always know what to expect with no surprises. Spacious. The kitchen and laundry are bonuses for longer stays.

It may be time to start investing in the kitchens and making sure they are equipped for longer staying customers. Nothing to complain about; just an observation as a regular visitor.

Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so plenty of room for the two of us. Great location - walk to the Port and Restaurants and the Bula Bus picks up and drops off regularly from the front door. nice little cafe at the apartments across the road for breakfast.

Nothing really. There was a smoker on a balcony that didn't impact upon us but I think non smoking balconies would be appealing to most visitors.
