Victoria Boutique Hotel

Beautiful quirky boutique hotel very close to train station, bus route and the beachfront. Room was very nice. Bathrobes provided. Staff were very welcoming Breakfast was lovely as was roof terrace. Sparkling/ still water complimentary which is a really nice touch.

Shower flooded onto bathroom as there was no step out to the floor and therefore no way of catching water. Nowhere to place shower products other than on floor of shower Not keen on the opaque door between bedroom/ bathroom though that’s just personal choice A shelf for clothes would have been great.

Location was very good and centrally located, Arcachon is a really nice village, we will be back. Service was great: airco ;-), coffee Nespresso cups, Palais des Thes tea, free sparkling water, really nice staff The room is small but very functional, for a few days there a some shelves where you can put your clothes. 50 mins by train from Bordeaux, in summer I would advise to go to Arcachon to the beach and get out of the hot city.

A nice hotel just a couple minutes from the train station and 5 min from the beach.

Nothing! The cleaning was not perfect, we had a puddle resulting from an open balcony during the rain and had eventually to mop it up ourselves, as the staff did come to fix it when we asked. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and helpful!

Very pretty, nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The AC can only be controlled from reception if you’d like to switch to fan, for example. There’s no bathroom privacy, the sliding door is basically like a curtain, and there’s no shower door. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable when you don’t want to share all aspects of your bathroom life with your partner.

Location was convenient, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, train station and at the same time, the road is not a busy one so the nights are quiet. Roadside parking are plenty, maybe a challenge in the summer months, July and August.

No shower door, so water splashed out into a puddle. A glass door would be great for both the guests and the chambermaids.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel (close to the train station, the buses to go to the beach or Dune du Pyla), and the city centre of Arcachon. Breakfast was good but a bit overpriced, staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, AC and good room amenities. We slept really well, bed was comfortable and quiet place.

Nothing, except maybe the price... it's Arcachon ! But we would definitely recommend this place & stay there again.

The staff were exceptional. There was an issue with our initial room while we were out and we were upgraded with all our luggage having been transfered to the new room with huge respect to our belongings. It was very well handled and showed their professionalism.

The rooftop bar seemed unstaffed and we weren't sure the procedure of ordering there. However the reception was able to recommend many local places to eat and drink.

The location of the hotel is great. It is a short walking distance from the beach and the main shopping area. Archachon is a lovely place. The staff were really kind and helpful. I liked the design style of the hotel. The room was comfortable. The rooftop area is nice to relax in.

Great hotel, very modern and fresh. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the shower is excellent. Had a great night sleep. The staff were also very polite and answered all the questions we had. A note on the parking outside the hotel do not put in more than 2 hours we made that mistake and paid 25 euros instead of 3! Overall a great stay will be back if in the area :)

Wonderful and helpful front desk staff. Nice clean room with a comfortable bed and convenient bathroom. Great walkable location.

They were having temporary mechanical issues with their kitchen. The breakfast, which was kindly served to our room, looked delicious but everything was cold.
