Kyriad Beaune

The location was very quiet and just outside the town, which was easily reached by foot. The staff were welcoming and friendly, particularly at breakfast, which had a great selection of foods.The room was spotlessly clean, cool and comfortable. We have a small trailer with us and the ample parking was perfect. We would definitely recommend. Beaune is a lovely lovely town

There is nothing in particular we disliked, though getting a drink at the bar in the evening was pretty slow.

The staff especially Manual and Emma were the best hosts you could meet,super friendly and they really looked after me !

Needs a bar fridge in the rooms, I asked for a double bed,got two singles together and I kept slipping in between them. The Hotel needs a Ice machine in the lobby because of the Heatwave in France. Public transport or all hotels chip in for a bus to take visitors into the city

Very cheerful, helpful receptionist. Went out of her way to be helpful. The hotel has been renovated and was cleaner than our last visit several years ago. We were pleased with what we found and will certainly return.

The restaurant is still not open at weekends. Would be so convenient if it was for those just passing through who don't want to go out searching for somewhere to eat and have a drink without driving after a long day.

Excellent value for money. We usually stop in Beaune on our drive to Spain, so we are looking for different things close by than when on holidays, and for that, the location of the Kyriad is excellent. There's a self-service petrol station and a supermarket half a kilometer towards the city center, various restaurants to choose from within walking distance. There's also a park to walk the dog, and a good Bakery just across the street. The hotel staff was amazing, both the fabulous young men on the evening shift spoke English well, and did everything to have our wishes meet the restaurant's menu choice for the night. Highly recommended!

If I have to complain about something, then it's probably the bathroom. Pretty small, and the shower door didn't really keep water from splashing out.

Comfy beds, the family room was spacious, nice to be able to make tea and coffee in your room and all staff were very friendly.

If I had to pick something it would be my 13 year old was charged adult rates for breakfast when he doesn't eat much and as 13 years old he still is a child. (This seems to be an age thing in France however where children over 10 are classed as adults when eating...)

we have stayed in this hotel for years and years... that should tell you something. location staff quality comfort.. all excellent.

we usually have a double room, this time, for convenience we booked a triple which was on the 3rd floor. 2 of us are about 1.8 m tall. the roof/wall was a bit uncomfortable. Not massive for the 1 night but something to consider next time. We wouldn't stay in a different hotel but probably have different rooms.

Great location near the highway and the center of Beaune. Very quiet, comfortable rooms with nice decor. Fantastic breakfast on a nice, shaded patio. Hotel accepts dogs, which is the reason why we stayed there. Also, just a bit more expensive than a hotel nearby that we stayed in on our way to the south of France, but miles better and more comfortable 😀.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always have been. Breakfast was good, Rooms about the right size - smaller would be bad. A better beer on draught would be appreciated. Like the way they are trying for eco friendly

Starting to look a little "down at heel" needs a freshen up . Have been visiting for years so have noticed the difference. eg a big crack in the toilet bowl. General scuffs and scratches in the wood work. Appreciate time have been tough, but lower profit increase investment longer returns

Have stayed here more times than we can remember and we will again. Great for everything we want - location , comfort, staff, price, breakfast, dining. We often get parking right outside our room with access through a door so super convenient. Should be getting loyalty points or something by now.

good location and parking. room was clean and modern. Dinner was a very pleasant surprise with great choices. the beef bourguignon was one of the best I have eaten. Also, many thanks to the young lady who worked there (receptionist, waiter and bar) she was most helpful and supplied me with the names of the fantastic cheeses we had plus where to buy them, which we did and enjoyed them all over again.
