ibis Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint Jean Euratlantique

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made our stay so easy and comfortable. Great location, right beside the tram which was a short journey into the city itself. Very sound proofed though so the sounds from the tram/train station didn't bother our sleep. Late check out available and accommodating. Specifically one staff member, Manon, helped us when we couldn't access our room during the late check out period.

Shower wasn't sealed and would splash water all over the ground during a shower.

The rooms that we had were interconnected, this ment that the four of us had our own space TV, bed and bathroom. The rooms were clean and the shower rooms were just what you needed. The air conditioning was not too noisy. Staff members very helpful storing our luggage on our arrival and departure.

The space around the bed was minimal so not so good if you want to spend a lot of time on your room, but why would you your in Bordeaux!

I was surprised with the size of the room, quite large and confortable though basic as it was a Ibis Very good breakfast, plenty of choice, the croissants and fresh baked madeleines were awsome Nice view from the balcony to the Bordeaux Saint Jean train station quiet room, large and very confortable bed The staff werenice and helpful

Extra towels, there was no hand towel, asked for one and it was immediately provided but the next day it was gone, the cleaning lady had taken it

Location for train station was great. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Room was quiet and slept well.

Room looked out onto a central walled area so no view at all and quite dark because of this - other rooms on higher floors wouldn’t have had this. And rooms on the other side of corridor seemed to have windows with open view.

Very handy situation but not the hotel we booked and paid for on 11/09/2022 wasn't until we were about week out that an email sent to us for our booking for payment at this hotel which was also auto paid what!!!! WE NEED A REFUND will be in contact after we get home late August many thanks graeme

No tea maker

The breakfast had all the basic necessities. The presentation and selection of food is great. I love the location. It’s just few steps away from the main train station. There are also a lot of restaurants to select from nearby.

The bathroom was small. There was no hand towel and basic necessities such as shampoo and conditioner.

Good location, very good double glazing which closed out street and tram noise. Also room very well insulated. Breakfast excellent!

Shower room needs a little work. Carpet everywhere never gives you that clean feeling, and carpet also gives you that closed in smell, however it does dampen noise.

The rooms were air conditioned. The hotel was located perfectly for our activities during our visit. The breakfast was awesome. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel location was good during the daytime, but very stretchy after dark. However, we never felt uncomfortable.

location near the train station is perfect. The neighborhood on this side of the station is not bad. in fact, some nice terraces are next to the hotel. the hotel is clean and efficient. Also not a bad spot to start exploring the city.

Rooms are small (but clean and comfortable). no way to make your own tea or coffee.

Location..

Bathroom extremely small especially the shower..also bathroom door made of glass so other occupants hear everything that is going on!!. Room carpet was very dirty.. Not enough room to hang your clothes especially if you are 3 Adults..
