Breakfast is good with a fine choice of options. Large free parking lot. Not far from Colmar by car, easy to navigate. Nice place in the countryside. McDonalds's in walking distance. Good AC. Overall cleanliness is good.

SPA center and swimming pool closed without any idea about reopening. We got a room for impaired, which we didn't asked for. That meant we had a very specific type of bathroom (no curtain, no glasses in the shower) and limited storage place in the room without normal table. Minibar is too weak, not enough cold to store anything you want to keep refrigerated. Room design looks quite dated and window frames worn out. The location was fine with us because we were coming by car. Without wheels it's complicated to get there as the place is actually in the middle of nowhere.

On arrival, we were disappointed to see the trash bin by the entrance overflowing! We registered, collected our room keys only to find the room was a "standard" room, not a premier room with terrace as booked. This was sorted by the receptionist. The restaurant is all self service with a huge starter selection, there were also two hot main meals and an exceptional desert selection. All the food presented was excellent. Again, breakfast was superb with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes. The restaurant is not open on Sunday evening so we ate at the Ibis hotel, next door.The wifi connection is really good and there is unlimited on site parking. Things like dirty glasses in the restaurant and no bath towels in our room on one occasion have influenced my rating. The fridge was replenished each day with fresh bottles of water.

the room was very comfortable. there was secure parking and there were more amenities close by than I expected. Half of our party had to check in a couple of hours before I did and the reception were very helpful when I called them to make this arrangement.

at times there was no service at the bar and we had to ask the reception to call the bar man, then at other time there were 3 people on the bar with no customers. there is also the option to rent a garage space for 15 euros per night, we couldn't find out if this was per space or vehicle, it should be per space as then you can get 4 motorbikes in one spot.

fantastic hotel, everything is clean, rooms are cleaned every day, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with a large selection of food, free parking where there is always space. Close to Colmar and all other cities that should be seen here

A little worse internet in our room, they didn't replenish the coffee in the room every day, which means a lot to me because I drink a lot of coffee. Bad English of the staff, they speak only French, which made it difficult for us to communicate

Great location for a quick link to the motorway. Free parking next to the hotel. Very spacious room and comfortable bed although the bathroom could do with some improvement especially the toilet and bath tub. The hotel has a restaurant which offers buffet dinner at a set price of €31 although I wasn’t told by the waiters that there were two separate sections to choose from: hot and cold food which I realised only after I had had a few cheeses, cold salmon and salad and finally some desserts.

The bathroom was very spacy and regular. The shower was easy to use with extremely soft water (maybe a Colmar speciality) from the huge showerhead. The restaurant was very fine with Alsace-specialities. The parking was very convinient.

The room was with a wall-to wall-carpet. We don't like this. The hotel allowed pets. This is a privilege for the owners of the pets, but can be a disanvantage to the other guests. The cute animals can be a challenge to the cleanliness of the hotel.

Hotel: is nice and modern and the room was nice & clean .Packing space available and is free of charge. Breakfast :was top, very varied ,just lovely. Location :the hotel it's a bit further from the center of the city, but if you have a car/bicycle or electric scooter- it's just 14 minutes away from city center. Staff : very kind and professional.Thank you!

Hotel Room: the only thing that was negative is that the air conditioner was very noisy and you have to call the reception to turn that off but it doesn't say anywhere that you have to do this, I found out the next day from the receptionist.At least I didn't come across this information in the room. The water pressure in the shower is very low.

Location, staff members, ease of parking and comfortable room although the window was too small. Overall good value and very helpful staff members.

not all the facilities were open such as dining room (for dinner), pool/sauna, and also we were not able to transfer any bar food & drinks ordered, to our room and have an open tap. however overall, the stay was very good.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms, staff very helpful & friendly & the breakfast was one of the best we had had in a long time ! Also free parking was an added bonus

Unfortunately it was 3k out of city but wouldn’t put us off going again - caught the local bus into the centre just need to know where stop is - a good 15 min walk from hotel !
