Good location, close to the beach and a supermarket. Spacious and clean room. Polite and helpful stuff. Despite some problems they were resolved by the personnel and we got a good discount for that.

Small private parking, but if you reserve a lot there it should be OK. Shower drain in our room was clogged. A/C didn't work for a couple of days. We had to ask for the assistance twice before the problem was resolved. Some people at the reception don't speak English.

We enjoyed very friendly welcome. Location guarantees great balcony views. Junior suit was of great size, light colors. Bed was firm and had double pillows. Bathroom had also access to balcony and hence also natural light. Window blindes made sleeping great. Beach is 2 minutes away and U express shop 3 minutes distance. Old town is at walking distance, Botanical garden around the corner! We recommend old town restaurant Tony.

Some fresh salad at the breakfast would light up whole selection.

A great location in Menton, close to the Italian border at Ventimiglia. The hotel is really bright and modern with very comfortable rooms and a good bar for drinks. Breakfast is abundant with a good range of sweet and savoury items, and great restaurants and shops are no more than a pleasant 5 minute walk away. The outdoor eating area offers lovely views of the sea. Parking has to be reserved, and the parking area is quite tight to navigate in a larger car, but it's nice and secure. Other parking facilities are available across the road in a large public facility. The staff are excellent, and spoke well in Frence, English and particularly Italian. A great hotel if staying in the beautiful Menton for a few days.

Walking distance along the promenade to old town a good experience and the beach just across the road. Private parking a real plus and only E10 per day.

No air con apparently it does not happen until 19 June!! It was swelteringly hot and the loud busy road meant you could not keep doors open to get cool st night.

Nice hotel in a great location in Menton, a short walk away from the centre of town with a view of the sea. Bed was comfortable and shutters made the room really dark at night.

The noise from the road was incredibly loud. I thought when I booked that there would be air conditioning in the room but that wasn't the case; we had to leave the window open at night to cool the room down, but this made the noise from the road feel even louder.

Great location. Short stroll to old town. Lots of restaurants on the quai. Had a junior suite with balcony. Big room and bathroom. Only down side is the traffic noise but we knew that going in. Earplugs at night took care of that. Worth it because of the ocean view. Would stay here again.

room was compact but had everything you needed. We only used it to sleep so it worked. Clean and modern.

Wifi was rubbish. Understand this as Menton is surrounded by mountains. Problem was my phone did not pick up 4G in my room so be aware if you want access to phone etc

The location and hotel staff were very helpful and so polite. Exterior of property and reception are beautiful

The bedroom was dated, the bathroom needed updating and cleaning properly. Seals in shower are broken and dirty room. Room advertisement showed balcony and sofa bed for "superior room" both missing.....

It was perfectly situated, very clean and very comfortable. Very convenient private parking. The welcome was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. In fact looking forward to going again later in the year.

Great location, very clean, good housekeeping team. Dealt well with a blocked shower incident. Terrace a good size. Good choice of restaurants close by. Beach excellent for swimming.

Air-con not functioning during an unusually warm period.
