Location was great. Very close to the beach and other amenities

The toilet did not have a sink attached. So did not like it. Also after paying so much money I was told to empty the kitchen bin and take it to the basement or I will be fined. Not good customer service and does not feel I am on holiday.

Location is close to the beach, restaurants, and transport. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were courteous and helpful. Frequent room cleaning. Views from the 7th floor rooms facing the city were excellent.

City tax could only be paid with cards, as no change would be given if paid in cash. The kitchen was missing a dish rack. On departure, the kitchen was required to be cleaned. However, no cleaning products were provided.

We had a lovely garden view room with balcony. We liked the heated towel rail. Staff were helpful and friendly. Aircon was good. Super convenient location for the tram, shops, med and museums/attractions. The roof solarium was lovely with a shower, nice seating and great views. A nice place to hang out.

The cooker hob was temperamental and didn’t respond well to the touch controls. We thought the breakfast could have been a little less expensive (we didn’t go to breakfast so perhaps it was good value but we only needed something simple like a croissant and coffee). A small drying rack would have been useful to dry wet swimwear on the balcony.

These apartments are fabulous! They’re great value for money while being in a great location. Only a couple of minutes walk to Tram 2 which takes you to most attractions in the centre within 10 minutes, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and less than 5 minute walk from Lidl supermarket. The apartment itself was huge and included everything needed in the kitchen. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. I arrived early for check in and was able to store my luggage in a locked luggage room for free, and was then able to go off and explore before checking in later. The bed was also very comfortable and were able to sleep very well after a busy day. When coming back to the hotel after 10pm, there is a code box outside the main doors to get in, which was great!

There were no negative about this accommodation. Every was fantastic.

We have stayed many times before in this lovely apartment hotel in Grosso/Nice. Highly recommended. Kitchenette. Shower and Soap. Hair dryer. Air condition. TV with CNN, BBC News and Sky News. Table and sitting area. Soft bed. Balcony. Washing machine in the building. 24/7 reception - very helpful staff and they speak English. Lift. Sun terrasse on top. Just next to the new Metro system. Supermarket 200 m. away and a Lidl and Bakery down the corner. Lots of restaurants in the area. 100 m. to the Promenade. Quiet and suitable for both couples and families.

Everything worked and we got what we would expect for our money.

We will always stay here from now on when in Nice! Amazing place! Two 1 block from the sea, 10 min by foot to old town. Restaurants, bakeries and food stores like U and Carefour very near. Garage with access directly to the hotel. Laundry which was perfect as we was planning 3 nights but ended up staying 14!! TV with news like CNN and BBC. The studio very well equipped. Had everything we needed. Good for making own meals. Beds very comfy. A small balcony. Great shower. And the staff!! Lovely and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help. Thank you Nabila and the other girls 🙏

We would have loved a coffee machine like Nespresso. Could rent one and bye pods in the reception maybe.

The place is only a few steps from the beach promenade and in the middle of the city, but still quiet, has a terrific roof terrace and an underground parking for 15€ a day and a laundry which we did not use. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom and a balcony

No coffee machine inside the room or the building, and the offered breakfast was too expensive and as far as I could see, nobody went there for breakfast. A vending machine and a public space for eating would have been better

nice and clean place, good value for money. not quite in the centre but public transport close by - easy to get to the airport and the centre. just a few minutes from the beach

All the basic amenities desired in an apartment were there in a compact arrangement. There was a nice balcony to enjoy breakfast, enjoy the scenary around and spend quality time. The kitchenette was really nice and had all the basic amenities needed(except kitchen towel). The air conditioning was really good and it really helped during the sunny days. The bed was comfortable and spacious for us(me, my wife and small kid) to be adjusted. The buffet breakfast felt to me damn costly. However, the take-away breakfast price was still reasonable. Compared to other experiences of complimentary/in-house breakfast in an hotel, the number of options or variety in the buffet menu was limited, however, the quantity was good. The coffee and fruit juices were really nice. However, having the option of breakfast in that hotel was really great as we don't always feel to go out for breakfast. The location was really great - just 5 minutes walk to the beach. And also, it had few take-aways and restaurants around. The metro station was also near - a walk for 5 minutes. You can easily go to the old town or to the airport by using the metro.

There was no hand wash provided in the toilet. There was no kitchen towel in the kitchenette which should be a basic requirement. The television provided was not smart and quite back dated - we did not use it more than a minute. The complimentary tea and coffee provided within the room(while check-in) did not have milk (bit surprising).
