The selection was large, plentiful and good quality. Local yoghurt. I would have liked more high fibre cereal. The location was great and the staff helpful and friendly.

I think the chairs in the room for eating could do with an upgrade. Some stained and with broken arm covering. Some of the pottery breakfast bowls were chipped - this is neither hygienic nor a good look. My bathroom curtain needed to be washed as obviously the outside dust gets blown through and the window area was also in need of more cleaning especially the top of the skirting.

The staff were very friendly - they have maps and information. They had gluten free bread available for breakfast following a request I put in. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The lounge area was also lovely.

There was no iron available in the room. The shower curtain had damp at the bottom and was broken so didn't pull all the way around. My request for a gluten free/dairy free breakfast was good as they had a gluten free roll when requested but they didn't have anything else and didn't offer this.

From the warm reception on arrival to departure, the staff is what makes this hotel. Big shout out to Romy at the bar, whose laughter, smiles, and friendly nature made us keep coming back for drinks before and after dinners out. You absolutely have to try their signature cocktails! Location is brilliant with secure public parking steps from the door. Reception gave use some great dinner recommendations as well as the "must see" suggestions. Orléans has an app that you can use to walking circuits..great way to discover the city.

We stayed in the Parenthese room which has a double bed, too small for our comfort but this could be solved by making sure you get a room with a queen bed.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was just wonderful. The staff are so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. They were very quick to respond to emails prior to the trip too answering a few queries we had beforehand. The location of the hotel is wonderful overlooking the Loire and a short walk away from the centre of Orléans. The hotel doesn’t have a car park but there is parking in one of the city’s car parks a short walk away which the hotel contribute towards. We requested a quiet room due to having our small baby with us. This was provided - we didn’t hear a thing during our stay (and also hopefully meant we didn’t disturb anybody either!) The coffee machines and pods were a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful - a wide selection of options and fabulous coffee. We would love to stay here again when we next visit beautiful Orléans :)

The only tiny thing I would say was the second time we stayed, there wasn’t a cot provided in the room, as requested. As a result, the room was quite cramped once a cot had been provided.

Exceptionally clean and confortable room, spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located along the Loire river, in a quiet and central location within Orléans. The Spa facility is offered for a 45 minutes privative use (upon reservation of a time slot): Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna for a relaxing moment. I further appreciated the friendliness and professionally of the staff. Exceptionally good breakfast.

The location is perfct, we parked our car and did not need it until we left, everything is within walking distance. Our room was overlooking the Loire, beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, a great choice of almost everything you can think of for a breakfast. The staff were extremely nice and it helped that they all spoke English, we tried with our school French, but they all were very helpful.

Rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. Maybe a bit pricy at first glance, but that is more than compensated for by one of the best breakfasts I have ever encountered. A huge variety and what an excellent quality! Do not miss out on this! The staff is super friendly and helpful and very proficient in French and English! Overall, Orleans is also a very cosy city to visit when you are in the Loire region. Make sure to visit the cathedral!

Despite liking to be critical, I have no real recommendations or dislikes.

Breakfast was lovely with a wide range of choice in a pleasant dining room with helpful staff. The hotel also has a really cool outside space. The staff were so helpful and communication before our trip was fabulous too - really quick to reply to emails and helpful on the phone.

A slightly larger room would have been helpful with a cot on our second night there as we didn’t have a lot of space with the pram too (the cot wasn’t ready when we arrived on the second night which I think is why we had a smaller room that time around)

Room was great - on the corner so had windows on both sides. Great breakfast/bar area. Parking was close nearby even though not in the hotel itself - just paid shopping centre carpark but they gave you a replacement ticket to reduce the normal parking cost.

Unfortunately the toilet flush wouldn't work on day 2. They were unable to fix it and were going to move us to a lesser room which would have been a nuisance. Instead they let us just use the toilet in the unoccupied room next door which was a better solution but still inconvenient.

As with our previous visits the check in was smooth and the staff were polite and attentive and our roof was very comfortable and quiet. We ate in the bar and enjoyed the meal, one small issue which we have addressed separately with the manager but it did not detract from our enjoyment of the evening. Breakfast was very good and overall our stay was a success.
