La Demeure du Perron

Continental breakfast was excellent with pastries, bread, yogurts, cheeses and plenty of coffee, should you need it. We had a comfort room that was plenty big enough and very clean and the couple that run the establishment warmly welcome people on arrival. We especially like access to the garden, when it's warm. This is our (go to) stop on the way back to the Cherbourg ferry and it has the lovely port of St Vaast le Hougue just down the road. Lovely oysters 😋

There is nothing really to mention. You can always look to make improvements to any property, including your own.

The owners were friendly and welcoming. We requested a different room configuration and they went out of their way to accommodate this and adjusted the price as well - we had booked one room through booking.com and other rooms direct. The gardens are lovely and we were able to sit outside and have drinks. They booked a restaurant for us in town. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Our room was off an open balcony overlooking the lovely garden (pity the weather wasn't really good for enjoying sitting out in the garden). It was a good size and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly owner (who was also very kind when i found that i had forgotten to return our key on departure - hopefully it will have reached him by now). The bikes were stored under cover in an open barn type structure well away from the road.

Room overlooked lovely garden. Good choice of things to eat at breakfast time. Room and bathroom kept spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking room. Location great for all directions. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

I stayed at this property in May whilst cycling with friends around Normandy. We had such a lovely stay that I decided to rebook this time with my Wife and Youngest son. We received the same level of hospitality and friendliness from our hosts. It is a lovely location and very homely hotel.

Pleasant location in the village of Quettehou with free parking and breakfast at extra cost if required. Rooms are clean and functional and overlook a pleasant garden area were you can sit out.

We really appreciated the balcony, perfect for taking an aperitiv with a lovely view of the garden. it was nice to be in the tree-tops!

We couldn't find anywhere in town to get a cup of tea in the evening, so it would have been nice to have a kettle so we could have made our own.

The staff were friendly, warm, welcoming and very efficient. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. The hotel is perfectly located.
