B&B Hotel Chemnitz

Located conveniently close to the centre of town, the “budget” establishment reflects rather the corporate ethos than a psychotic excercise in cost cutting. It had everything we needed and, indeed it was pretty much “All You Need” place. The staff was friendly, the room was adequate without being huge and the heating was on! The only slight weirdness was that the doors were opened by a PIN number and not a keycard – but it worked well once we tried it on the correct room … The breakfast selection was very good and we liked the strong accent of sustainability.

Excellent room: clean, convenient, modern furniture and shower equipment. Key-less access to the rooms, you just remember the code and can enter to the building /room using that code.

Parking nearby was full when we arrived (perhaps due to construction works on the street). However, there are available public parking options nearby, I found one in ~ 5 minutes from the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable considering the price. It was possible to make yourself a cup of tea in the Lobby, there was even a good selection of different types of tea. The staff was ok and check-in went quickly.

The location is quite central and next to an important museum, but also next to a very busy, noisy road. Try to get a room in the upper floors towards the courtyard, but the parking lot is there as well.

all was great in terms of the facilities, comfortable bed, really clean etc.

the only issue is that there is very little parking spaces that are actually private (about 15 spaces) and you can’t book it beforehand - this can be the issue if you’re travelling somewhere and need a secure parking as you have a car full of luggage

new hotel, located just few minutes walk from the historic city center. The Hotel stuff was friendly. Hotel is new and clean. easy access by car

maybe the breakfast could be more varied. Parking spot will not cover all guests. You can park on the street at low cost

The young lady at the check-in desk was extremely polite and professional. The parking was easy and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and felt safe.

I would like to have a coffee maker or kettle in the room for coffee/tea in the morning. However this is a budget hotel and I understand why it is spartan.

Good Breakfast, very clean rooms, no keys that you need to return, very nice breakfast , free WIFI, Hair dryer in the room, clean bedding.

The parking is too small, if you are coming on the weekend there are free parking close but if it’s during the working week you will have to pay. I would be glad to have scrambled eggs for breakfast .

Breakfast was not according to the expectations.. location was a little OFF. But it was fitting the value for the money

cleanliness.. staff and the mobility from hotel was good.

Good breakfast for the price. Friendly staff, although the English was tenuous. Free parking but spaces were limited. If you showed up late you were out of luck.

Room was a little small for 3 full size adults. Other than a next door McDonalds, other dining and shopping were 15 minute walk away.

Happy to stay in this hotel again on my next visit to the city. No luxury, clean, functional, good price, very kind staff, no noise, good curtains stopping morning light. I spent 1 night on a business trip. Breakfast is simple but OK. Accessible for wheelchairs.
