Personal were friendly. Right by train line. Took us were we wanted to go, so no driving. Free drink for not having them clean the room. Small store close by

Parking was terrible.

The girl at the reception was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Clean room and comfortable bed in a modern and nicely decorated hotel.

The night shift guy at the reception was terrible - he checked us in at the wrong room and we were trying to get in a room while somebody else was inside! He also made a mistake while typing the invouice, three times! The hotel was not easy to find, as it is hidden in a small street with wrong address on Google maps - so our taxi driver missed it.

The beds were super comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was nice and the breakfast was excellent (except for the scrambled eggs which weren't tasty at all). We parked the car in the parkinglot underneath the hotel which was a bit pricey but at least we could enter the parkinglot with the elevator. I really liked all the art in the hotel and the overall atmosphere.

There was only one staff member at the time we arrived to do the check-ins and to ask other questions. Because of this, we waited a while at the check-in. After we arriverd, other people came to check in so it was quiet busy. I think the hotel could do a much better job with this. The staff member who helped us was very friendly btw!

I did not get that door-card with ‚not disturb’ pr ‚free drink‘ (on verso). on whatever side of it I placed it on door,room was never cleanned,no drink either :)) a kettle/cofee maker or at least a cup/glass in the room wouldn‘t be a bad ideea.

Super modern new hotel. Love the decor, just as shown in pictures. Clean and minimalist. Staff were kind. Breakfast is a nice buffet: bred, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, several juices and milk. The lobby and the rooms are wonderful. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms super clean and modern. Quiet - no noise noticed although the hotel was fully booked.

On street parking situation difficult. Property has a garage but they charge 15 EUR extra per night, which I find too expensive. Personnel seemed to be lacking during breakfast. Many tables didn’t get cleaned up in a timely manner. There were spills on the floor that weren’t noticed. Staff were dealing with reception checkins, phone calls, breakfast cleanups at the same time. The location is pretty residential. No restaurants or takeout nearby, but you can order delivery to hotel.

Clean hotel. Cordial staff. Self-service model of check-in was smooth and simple. The hotel offers enough flexibility to customise services and pay accordingly. If you are looking for a one night stay at lowest price, this hotel serves the purpose. If you are looking for parking space, it's available at extra cost. You get an option of early check-in for extra payment. Lot more. You pay for what you need. High customisation is worth appreciating.. The hotel is right at Rebstockbad Tram stop. So you are well connected to rest of Frankfurt.

Nothing in particular. If I were to pick an area of improvement, I would recommend a relook at breakfast options. At €15 per person per day, the breakfast has limited warm options.

Location: First of all the location is really easy and transport it basically close to the hotel, literally outside of it.. close enough to the city centre and train station.. Facilities: From the outside, to the lobby to the rooms everywhere was well presented and clean and superb and I had nice relaxing breakfast in the morning. Staff: delighted with the staff from point of entry, came in late from airport and still welcome with pleasantry. Breakfast/food staffs were doing a lovely job, good food and clean spaces. Transport: they are multiple options for transports - Trams that’s come every 10-15 mins - Electric scooters at hotel or surrounding areas - Taxis on point Overall experience here: 7/10

Location: just know if ur arriving late from airport or where ever, best option to location is taxi cause main transport doesn’t go that way, which isn’t bad think just as it was.. Room: - I specified when I booked the room to be a double bedroom which I was given, but It was a double bed with a single person duvet, which was annoying cause for the duration of my stay wasn’t enough duvet to cover !! It was okay but just an heads up ( it Need a little attention there) - the room need useable safe, because I ask for it to be open but told only manager can reset the lock and none was around so personal belonging had to be kept on me. Breakfast: - need a lactose free option menu too .. But overall: I have nothing I didn’t like from my stay …

Best hotel I've ever booked, and I've booked a lot. The room was beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom. There's a small desk for working, shelves and spaces to hang coats etc. In the huge foyer downstairs, high ceilings and wide walls, very open and welcoming, there is a great working area with plugs and comfortable seats, a bar, reception and everything accessible in an open area. Staff was absolutely amazing as well, welcoming, helpful and fun.

Room and installations are new, big and clean and room facilites such us the big TV, bluetooth connection for your music, big shower and large and confortable bed are awesome in relation with the price. Value for money is great!

I asked through Booking app if the height of the parking due to I have a car with roof box during my reservation proccess one week before the checkin, despite I sent another email asking the same question the day before they didn't answered. Finally the parking is only 2m height so It wasn't enough for my car. Finally they answered my email after my checkin at the hotel. They are not checking their email inbox enough often. In addition the room was quite noisy because It's located in front of a Highway.

We booked a superior room and it was really big. It even could've fit another queen-sized bed without any problem😅 We don't understand the review mentioned about check-in. Our check-in was super smooth (Friday evening) even I booked only few mins before. I liked that the hotel looks fresh and modern, elevators are clean and smell good. Room is also very clean. Only 3-4mins walk to the tram station which will get you to main station or city centre.

As others mentioned, the room lacks fridge, coffee/tea making unit. BUT it is okay for 1-2 nights stay, and also for the price I paid... I do not see this as an issue.
