Best Western Plus Hotel Stadtquartier Haan

The bathroom and bed were both excellent. There was a great coffee machine and a mini bar with surprisingly reasonable prices. High quality, organic shower and body cream. We specifically liked the infinity-style, rather long pool in the spa area and the sauna plus the spa space was decorated with beautiful murals and hotel provides spa towels and bathrobes. We would definitely stay again.

The room had no airco, so was rather warm due to outside temperatures of over 35 degrees, it was a crazy day. But the room was equipped with a very good, quiet ventilator which was great. I can imagine that on a ,normal, day the room temperature would have been perfect.

Room and bathroom were clean, it had a balcony with a table and chairs. There is free access to a spa with a sauna, with 2G+ requirement for entry (as of March 2022). Entrance comes with complimentary towel, dressing gown and slippers. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly and brought an iron and ironing board to my room, as well as answering any questions.

The room has a Nespresso machine but no kettle, so making a cup of tea takes a long time, but it is possible! Great if you only drink coffee though.

We had a room at the first floor with terras at the backside of the hotel. Very quiet. Terras with easy chairs. Airo OK. Beds comfortable. Nicely decorated wellness / pool in the basement with good water temperature. Location in amidst the shopping center and several nice restaurants. Next to the hotel a Konditorei/Bakery. Free parking. WiFi OK. Good breakfast which can be enjoyed in a nice dining room. Coffee/tea facility at the room as well as a fridge and locker. The room had the option of connecting to an adjacent room for family use. (Note: Not all rooms have airco; pay attention while booking)

The room was clean, with complementary sparkling water (and a Weißweinschorle - thanks!) plus a good coffee machine with three pods. Staff very friendly as always. Complementary use of Gym and Spa for guests.

The shower was broken (swollen seal causing water blockage to shower head) and I had to remove the shower head so that water could come out. Would recommend checking this more regularly.

Personal is great and very helpful. Location in the great area. During our stay there was vine festival, really enjoyed. Inside swimming pool one on the best we saw.

From outside may look not the most modern hotel, but I must say I was very satisfied, with a good service, nice room with pretty comfortable beds and a surprising indoor swimming pool that made my children very happy.

I found breakfast a bit too expensive. I think you can find better options nearby.

The location was fantastic. There were plenty of public parking spaces. Loved the little touch of a tablet in the room free to use. My son enjoyed it. Pool and the entire facility was extremely clean.

Nothing bad to say about this place at all except the fact there was absolutely no signage outside to indicate the facility was a Best Western.

Extensive and delicious breakfast, lovely swimming pool with sauna, master bed electrically adjustable, clean rooms, most often cheap parking available on the street (Easypark app)

Rooms not very spacious, Haan is a small village

AC wasn't working and I couldn't made the coffee machine to work, so am not sure if it was from me or from the machine. Otherwise it was modern and pleasant.
