Those among the staff who are experienced have excellent skills at listening and accomodating the clients. Here, you may not get the most modern or high tech hotel, but a hotel with warmth, kindness, courtesy and a service culture
Some of the rooms have worn out and outdated furniture. Nevertheless, I must say that it was impeccably clean.

Elisenhof is always my first choice whenever I’m in Mönchengladbach. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and the amenities were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location outside the busy town, so perfect for people like me that need to relax and sleep in a quiet environment. Very welcoming and helpful staff, despite restaurant closed for pandemic prevention they arranged me a pizza delivered. Good parking facilities, free of charge!
