- The room floor was not clean and - the kitchen plates were dusty. - There were gardeners in the garden shouting loud early Sunday morning. - someone entered our room at 08:30 with a keycard - but then she realized it was the wrong room? I don’t know how that happened. It was not room cleaning.

Nice clean room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Loads of space. Quiet air conditioning.

No robes! Staff not great. The member of staff who checked us in gave us several pieces of incorrect information and accidentally kept my passport without making an effort to contact me in my room afterwards. Breakfast service was terrible. Not enough staff to keep up with demand. Crockery and food in very limited supply. Not good enough!

The staff were very friendly when we arrived at 11pm. The room was fantastic, the shower was large and bathroom very clean. The beds were a good size, a little on the hard side, but we used the sofa bed as well in the room for our son and it was ideal. The kitchen was extremely well stocked - much better than the things you are supplied with at an Air Bnb usually. It worked out so well as we ate the evening meals in there. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection- very tasty. Loved having a coffee machine and carbonated water available 24/7. We used the playroom which our son really enjoyed, I used the gym which was always deserted and the lounge area was beautiful and cozy.

Couldn't really find a fault - instructions for the dishwasher would have been good but we figured it out.

Loved this hotel, the room was stylish and a good size,, the breakfast was great, the several lounge seating areas on ground floor and location excellent. Plenty trains, trams and buses into Munich centre. We were taking a train to Salzburg after Munich and it was only 5-10 minute walk to train station. This is same station that you arrive at from Munich airport and also that takes you into Munich centre . If you walk behind the hotel a frew streets there are some nice restaurants

The room was modern and clean with fridge and air-conditioning. The breakfast was awesome, hot and cold food, with plenty of options. The train station was nearby. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

At check-in it took a long time for the staff member to find our reservation, and when we called reception after getting in our room, noone answered.

The apartment is nice, well equiped and the balcony is a plus. For those who need to take an exam for example is really a good choice. Please notice that you can enter the hotel through Courtyard Hotel.

I remained blocked in one of the elevators. Fortunately i was not alone and a man could open the doors.

The location worked well for us as near Ostbahnhof. Easy to reach by train from the airport and also to get into town. Nice breakfast, large room (family suite).

For a family of 4 the family suite was spacious but only had two doubles. It would be great to have the option for twin beds.

Easy check inn, we got the room earlier with no extra cost. Complimentary coffee available in the lobby at all times was so good for us. Clean rooms, Ostbahnhof 450 meters away where you can get access all over Munich.

Only not so good thing was that we didn't get the TV to work for our devices. The maintenance man couldn't fix it either.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and our rather small room was only cleaned one of the days. Maybe it's according to ypur conditions, but you could tell your guests that you hve to ask for cleaning of the rooms.

we were very early for check in, we just wanted to leave our luggage at reception but the receptionist moved rooms around so that we could check in early, we appreciated this so much as we were travelling with small kids, and even got our sofa bed made up right away
