Comfortable, clean and spacious room and bed. There's a wardrobe, a place to put your luggage and a table and chair. It's close to a tram station, so in less than 10 minutes you can go to the old city. There are some turkish restaurants nearby. In average I enjoyed staying there for three nights.

It would be better if there was a mini fridge in the room and the breakfast was included. The TV didn't work properly. There were few options of channels. None of them in English.

Breakfast very varied & good. Could not find a way to open door onto balcony for more air, but not a major issue. Hotel kept well, clean and staff very helpful

Hotel was good for our purposes and budget. Well kept and clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

The early shut down of the reception area (10.30pm) both to arrive at the hotel and access to have a drink / relax due to lounge being shut. No aircon in the bedrooms but fans were provided.

They have power sockets in both sides of the bed, it’s located right next to the tram stop and the location is quite good, besides that, the room was super clean.

The shower cabin in our room was weird because it has a wall and stairs. I would feel it’s kinda dangerous for older people, but since we are young there was no problem with that.

Nice location near the Tram station. Connected to the Center of the city. For Veg breakfast very limited choice. cleaning is good.

Must have more variety of breakfast for vegetarians people. .

Room was clean, location is ok, close to the tram station and well connected to the city.

Got really loud during the night, especially on the Saturday night. There is a side entrance which the room overlooked and people stood there drinking, talking ,laughing - it was loud.

It s our second time at this hotel and we were extremely happy with the facilities. The receptionist was very kind, the room was very clean, the location is also very good. I would stay again at this hotel if i would of had to

The pillow was too soft for my taste but this is not something to complain about, i guess it s about everyone s preferences

The staff were absolutely amazing. very helpful . we explained that we wanted to check in earlier and leave earlier as we were transiting the country and had to catch a ferry so they agreed to this . we appreciated this very much

the rooms were on the 5th floor therefore extremely hot . the fan didn’t help much

The most I liked how super clean, cosy and comfortable my room was. My room was also very quiet, excellent for a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. The Internet was also excellent. Location is right in the city centre, easily reached by tram and not too far from central station.

Room was comfy, everything clean, breakfast was also great

Sealing light mounted on the side of the closed was quite awkward, also no free wifi (at at least there was no mentioning while checking in or in the room information sheet on how to connect)
