Not enough parking

Excellent location central Potsdam. Fabulous breakfast included in price. Extremely comfortable bed, lovely duvet and pillows. Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. Great 3 person room with a comfortable sofa bed. Highly recommended this hotel.

Only downside is limited parking availability which cannot be booked. (There is short term public parking directly opposite hotel or they will direct you to public long stay parking a short drive and walk away.)

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very well-equipped. Nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee in your room.

Lines in the cafeteria were huge except for 6-7, but during 7-10, it was even hard to move. Breakfast itself is okay, muesli and yogurt variety was good, scrambled eggs and bacon were okay, coffee and pastry were good. But during rush hours you have to wait until they are brought in place. The problem is just that cafeteria is too small and badly designed for such a huge hotel. Food even cannot be refilled without hotel staff interrupting the lines. Sometimes there was not even enough place to sit, especially on weekends. Another issue was with a tickling noise from the ventilation in your room. It was hard to locate the noise source and turn it off, but it is driving you mad.

Room and bathroom were extremely clean! The room was well equipped and comfortable, wifi worked well. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was good (I appreciate the wide variety of food). The location is amazing - just a few minutes far from the main train station, the supermarket is just next door, tram stop is very close, same as restaurants and bars in the city centre. I had a great stay!

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Great hotel with convenient location. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly. There's a tram stop next to the hotel, connecting you with the city, but you can also reach everything by foot: from the train station to the downtown and the beautiful park. We enjoyed Potsdam much more than Berlin and are very happy with our decision to stay in this hotel.

Nothing, really.

Everything is perfect. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. And, the experience was even better than the first time. Staff, check-in, cleaning, and breakfast service are smooth and very cordial/professional. Breakfast is abundant and very well cooked as well. Even though it is continental, it has a wide variety and good quality.

The bed is a little on the small side, which can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes. But, the mattress and the pillows are comfortable.

Suite is big and nice. Clean and comfortable The AC was great and the linens and sheets too. Relatively big refrigerator.

Too bad there is no espresso machine in the room. We wish they could offer connecting door between the rooms. Breakfast is a little standard. Not a lot of varying food. Gets very busy and hard to find a table around 0930 till 1030. Food did not run out though. Parking lot gets full quickly and cannot accommodate all visitors

The hotel has an amazing staff. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of options and really good food. The room is very comfortable, clean, and complete. The location of the hotel is close to Potsdam Central Train Station.

Sometimes, it can take some time to order a beer or a coffee in the hotel reception, especially during night hours.

Best thing about this hotel is the location. Short walk from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, and situated close to the city centre and the Dutch quarter. If you're looking for a short stay to explore the city, this is a great option. The service is good and the rooms are tidy, spacious and look newly renovated.

The breakfast was the only bad thing about this hotel. No warm food, scrambled eggs or bacon etc. Just the bare minimum, and if you show up after 08.00 most of it is gone - at least that was my experience. Very crowded and badly organized. It has müslie, coffee and croissants, and if that's enough for you then it's ok. I skipped breakfast on check-out day due to how disappointing it was.

The hotel's facilities and location were outstanding. rooms were big and comfortable. It even had a kitchen. breakfast buffet was adequate. it was a good stay experience.

room cleaning was definitely inadequate in the following days. Unfortunately, the attention and communication of the employees, except for the receptionists on 5 and 6 May, was very poor.
