Best Western Hotel Breitbach

I was only one person so the room was small but it's adequately enough for my single stay. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and useful. The qty of charger point, laptop area and free Wifi is quite good. Close to city centre which is good for the one expecting a little sideview. Also, when you cross the street, you could find a cheap market which means you could reach anything you want easily.

There is no specific area to lay the luggage so only ground and it avoids stepping inside. They don't present slippery and similar small staffs for the ones which are mostly required by hand luggage business person.

The morning staff were wonderful! Friendly and helpful. We had not booked breakfast as I only wanted a coffee. the lady in charge at the reception immediately told me to take a coffee from the breakfast room. my son was with me and right away the service lady offered him a hot chocolate along with three chocolate Easter bunny’s! it made our morning and the coffee was delicious! thank you!

Rooms clean e good breakfast. My room at the first floor was tiny, but the big shower compensated the lack of space in the room! the bed was comfortable and the room well insulated from the street’s noise. great connection to Düsseldorf Altstadt.

Very helpful staff at the reception at all times (check in, during stay, check out), thanks everyone! Every wish or service (check in, out) done very quickly. Great location, numerous transportation and grocery opportunities close by.

Only minor detail - the beds: specifically quite small pillows (one very small and one say medium size), rest of the room was more than fine

Location was ideal for our needs

Room 311 looks like a new wardrobe has been installed but the wall were the old one previously was is bare and hadn’t been painted, grey Vs cream very odd, plus there is a leak above the door causing rusting to speaker system.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, Riatuals cosmetics, very good breakfast for that price I would definitely not expect that. Very clean room.

We were in the last floor so under the rooftop the room was a bit small with half of the walls slopping.

The hotel is a local spot that keeps giving a great service throughout the years. When I visit Ratingen I always stop here. Value for money absolutely. There is a supermarket right in front which offers anything you might have forgotten to bring...

- Only complaint is it’s very noisy in the mornings when they are turning over the rooms.

Good hotel, nice shower, room not too small (both single and double rooms are good size). Free parking next to the hotel and also really close to a supermarket and some other stores.

The pillows are really soft (as with almost any hotel), so taking your own is advised if you have a longer stay.

Do not disturb hanger on the door doesn't work and I forgot to lock the door while I was in the bathroom. The maid came in and I had to ask her to come back later
