The staff is great. So helpfull and nice. They provided us with everything we asked for. Even help us parking. The room is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. We couldn't eat all the food they served, as it was not fully booked, they provided us with breakfast individually, not buffet. For skiers, they have a place where to leave the staff.

The parking is challenging. You can park the car only along the hotel where just 4 or 5 cars fit. But it's the common situation for most hotels

Been there before, it’s overall an easy stay. Not a bad breakfast, helpful stuff clean and descent. Also first two lots of logs were free!

We were given a smaller than booked and no balcony apartment for the first night, as I have requested late check out for Sunday. They explained that over the phone but not exactly what they described or as seen in photos. Then in order to have a view and more space we were given not the booked apartment but one that does not show in booking for 100€ more and the child had to pay even for the first night. I understand they accommodate last minutes bookings but we felt we had to deal with old style room to let agent rather than a not hotel as it is.

The view from the balcony was terrific - sunset in the mountains is so beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Personal toiletries in the bathroom, bathroom gowns - it was a pleasant find. Breakfast was great - variety of fresh local food, like spanakopita, tyropitakia and olives, butter is butter (not spread), omelet light and not fatty. Well, we fell in love with the place and look for the dates to come there again for a weekend.

Conveniently located outside the village, nice supermarket close, and easily in and out for small excursions. Relatively easy to park. Clean room, friendly staff.

Breakfast was mediocre. Very few things are made fresh. They even served yesterday's boiled eggs. I expected a better breakfast for the money we paid. Also, the rooms were clean, but some equipment in the room was low quality.

The view from our balcony has ... amazing. The breakfast was quite reach and tasteful. The location of the Hotel was very good. The personnel was very polite and helpful.

Difficult to park if you are driving your own car. But this is something that applies to most of the Arachova Hotels.

not as cosy as we’d have liked … none of the fires were lit. would have been nice if they hadn’t charged us for our room upgrade, as we were practically the only ones in the hotel! shame we couldn’t use the pool as it was closed due to covid.

Couldn't use breakfast room or pool downstairs because of Covid. Breakfast is served to the room which is nice but it was too cold to seat and eat on the balcony which would have been perfect Paying extra for better view when the hotel was mostly empty No hook for shower head .

Welcoming and attentive staff. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Very nice terrace. Extraordinary breakfast. Thanks again to the whole Greek team!

The swimming pool was closed and it was not mentioned on the site

Great value - should add 5 euros per night charge and put a few items in the rooms such as glasses - kettle or coffee maker
