Everything the chef made was EXCELLENT! All the staff were extremely interested to make my stay as perfect as possible. EXCELLENT STAFF! Maria particularly but all are VERY accommodating!! Free upgrade to larger chalet with sauna!!

Not enough vegetarian options on the menu Lunch is not offered, which becomes an expensive problem if you dont want to cook, or only have a chalet without kitchen. The on-site dog is a bit daunting. The sauna in my chalet did not get very hot and is the thermostatic kind, not the 'water on stones' type, but since my upgrade to that room was free, I did not mind! Walking out from the hotel is limited to only a short distance if you are cautious about the weather and the potentially aggressive wildlife.

Room was very cozy and the bed was fantastic. The Artemis Chalet is very comfortable and pleasant in general. Had heated towel racks, beautiful colored glass windows, a nice parking spot right outside, very nice shower and sink, very friendly staff, and a wonderful location in the mountains. The breakfast was really impressive with having a greek style omelette, several bread choices or a croissant, jams/honey/hazelnut chocolate, fruit, and juice/coffee/tea. We had a lot of laundry at this point and they had it done the second morning after we turned it in. We got it all folded very nicely back in the bag we placed it which was much appreciated. I also forgot a suit at the chalet when I checked out and they had it waiting for me at reception when I came back to get it. These small things make the stays a lot less stressful. In general you're getting a very pretty location and a memorable experience that is sold by the very friendly staff.

Being up in the mountains and back in the forest a bit, there were lots of flies in the area. There weren't any screens on the windows so we had flies in the room the whole time. The road to the chalets is pretty bad to be honest, I wasn't expecting that. You leave off a main road and maybe for a half mile you're going through some dirt roads that have lots of rocks and ruts all over them. Also DO NOT try and follow google maps (which they also tell you beforehand) it will have you try and drive up stairs as it doesn't understand the local roads well at all. Call the reception and follow the main roads until you can find the VIP CHALET signs leading you off onto the dirt road.

Everything was nice and warm.

The room was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The internet was very slow and unusable ">0.1 MB". The location is a bit dangerous if you were driving there, as it is a mountainious road. A word of advice: Be careful of following Google maps while driving anywhere in Arachova, as it may lead you to narrow and very steep roads that aren't designed for cars.

Great location, ample parking. the hosts were polite, accommodating and helpful and the property was impeccable, a beautiful huge room with gorgeous views and excellent amenities, including fireplace. breakfast was served in the room and was huge and delicious - all bases covered. will be back for sure, this place is a gem.

nothing, I cannot fault a thing

the staff were very kind and helpful. the place was quite and very nice for relaxing. we saw the green areas and it snows while we were there it was amazing. thanks for the sweet for my birthday and the macrons!

the internet is slow you can reach the property with sedan but you should have 4*4 car or suv.

Stunning location, wonderful staff, allowed pets. The Chalets are spotlessly clean, well appointed. It was a surprise to find food could be ordered and prepared by a kitchen on site - the quality was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and we have already recommended to friends.

absolutely first class. the villas were super comfortable with nothing missing. scenery perfect. staff wonderful and very friendly. the receptionist was excellent and efficient. it snowed and driveway was blocked and immediately the snow plough appeared and assisted. disappointed as we didn’t really want to leave 😂

The location of the Chalet was amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Personel was very friendly. Food was also really good! I would definitely visit this establishment again and i strongly recommend it.
