Staff are exceptionally professional and courteous. The rooms are immaculate and turned down in the evening which I sincerely appreciate. Delicious buffet and a la carte breakfast, and lovely cocktails by the pool. I liked the quiet location but it was easy to walk, scooter or taxi into Kos Town.

As I was travelling alone, only two things really. Wider room service menu (I dined 4 nights in the room) but they were able to accommodate me by requesting from the restaurant menu, so that was appreciated. Secondly I would have loved a sun longer on the balcony (like they have by the pool) rather than the two dining chairs. It would have been nice to enjoy the sea view a bit more in the afternoons.

The staff are amazing! It is a small boutique hotel, so it is quiet and calm, and the staff took extremely good care of us. They take the extra mile to make the stay special and I cannot say enough how great they are. Really enjoyed the stay there and I already want to go back again. Also loved the pool and the cocktails! Plus, the shop inside the hotel carries a great selection of Greek brands. Oh and the spa downstairs, don't miss out on that. They got a gym, sauna, hammam, a heated pool, relaxation area next to the pool, and great massages. Last thing, I love how I can view our expenses in the hotel & flights info on the gigantic TV in the room -> so easy to keep track of things.

1. The slippers offered to guests in the spa - when the floor is a bit wet, the slippers become slippery and one needs to be careful. Non-slip slippers with a strong grip would be ideal. 2. The slide door of the toilet in the room does not slide all the way, leaves a small gap.

Breakfast fabulous, amazing staff, hotel so comfortable and peaceful with a relaxing atmosphere ,it is a small hotel decorated beautifully and tastefully, the spa is just so peaceful -quite and relaxing, gym is a good size and has everything. Throughout out stay the hotel gave us yogurt and fruit at the pool, wraps were left in our room as we arrived late along with some dried fruit in case we were hungry, chocolate sweet with turn down bed each night, water left each day in our room - all free of charge !!!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10 you will not be disappointed !!! Additional info - 15 minute walk to Kos town, Hire bike beside hotel for €5 for a full day, Kos town has boat trips for approx €35 for full day with lunch.

Nothing it was all fabulous- if I was to say anything would like to have indoor pool free.

All the facilities were comfortable and clean. The staff, hospitality and service were just perfect! Breakfast was delicious. Also the on the house cocktail evening on Friday was great.

Didn’t like the fact the hotel had a road between it and the ocean and just next to the pool area, which disturbed the vibe. Also the hotel had a perfect sunset view but the beach itself wasn’t that good compared to others nearby. Also didn’t like that the spa facilities (which are anyhow quite basic) required extra pay (20 euros for 2 hours). It just caused them to be empty, instead of allowing the guests to spontaneously go for a few minutes at the sauna or Hammam in between swims.

Staff were amazing. From GM to ladies @ reception, wait staff, porters and housekeepers. The GM greets @ breakfast and last day had minor problems with room, GM took notes and by the end of breakfast problems were solved.

The Degustation menu #2. Over priced and lacking in taste. We had 3 amazing dinners at Sunset Taverna for approximately 40 € that far surpassed the hotel. In fact we only ate 1 time at the hotel because of this. Because of a booking error on my part we stayed in 2 different rooms, both rooms had empty shampoo dispensers in the shower.

Room was very modern and spacious. Pool area was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast was good quality and it was nice how you could order omelettes etc from a menu. We used the gym one day and that was pretty well kitted out. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and you got the impression that everything in the hotel was well managed and looked after. You could walk into Kos Town in about 20 mins and it was easy to get taxis back to the hotel (€8) after dinner. The beach (across a small road from the hotel) was very nice and peaceful.

Only a few small things but drinks in the hotel were pretty expensive - cocktails were around €15 which seemed like a lot even for a 5 star hotel. In the room, toilet door didn’t close fully/was pretty noisy to close. The hotel itself is really nice but has road on two sides and from our room you had a clear view of lots of bins etc which took away from the luxury feel slightly. Overall though these were all small points and we felt the hotel was very good value overall.

Your extraordinarily friendliness, competence, helpfulness and knowledge about undertakings on Kos gave us a wonderful time and we will keep you in very positive memory. Staying at Aqua Blu Hotel and Spa was a truly incredible experience. More and more in today’s world I feel the art of good customer service seems to have been forgotten. I can happily say this trip has made me realize it’s not been forgotten yet! From the moment we arrived, we had all our needs taken care of by a hugely helpful and polite team of staff. All of them were very kind and attentive, we actually ended up making friends with a few! The focus was always on making sure their customers were well taken care of and enjoying themselves; they well and truly succeeded with this. Stayed in an absolutely stunning Suite with Sea View. Immaculately clean with an amazing housekeeping team servicing it daily, with the option to even have it cleaned twice daily if you so desire. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and a luxurious bath and shower. All the amenities you’d expect and more left us wanting for nothing. A private beach just 30 seconds walk away made the experience for us where we spent the bulk of our time relaxing. Food and drink at the hotel was also very good. A well stocked bar and varied lunch and dinner menu were perfect for enjoying by the pool. The adjacent restaurant in the Hotel made a really enjoyable fine dining experience to mark a celebration. To top this all off, we were able to enjoy all of this at an extremely competitive price point for the service provided, and left feeling like we’d got tremendous value for our money and not having broken the bank. All in all, a flawless experience. We cannot wait to come back.

Location was quiet, a short bus ride or 25-minute walk from the town. Check-in was quick, and the welcome drink and wet towel were nice touches. We also appreciated the property tour and explanation of all areas, hours, etc. The staff was extremely helpful, moving our bags for us, making dinner reservations, providing bus schedules, making change for us…the list goes on. We truly appreciated being able to use the spa shower rooms to change and freshen up before our evening flight, after we’d checked our earlier on the day of our departure. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a great sea view. We took advantage of the private balcony. The twice daily room cleaning was more than expected and spoiled us. The private beach area was clean and well appointed, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and access to nice water closets. I scheduled a massage at the spa, and it was a wonderful experience. You are able to use the thermal pool, relaxation room, and sauna with a booked service. I enjoyed some quiet time with a cup of tea after my massage appointment. Highly recommend!

Would be nice to have free water available i.e. by the pool etc rather than order a plastic bottle for 4 euros. Better sustainability.
