Artemis Hotel Apartments

Artemis Hotel Apartments was a revelation, mainly due to its friendly staff and manager. I've appreciated the staff preparing my room way ahead of the official check-in time to accommodate my early arrival, as well as the manager taking extra care to find a secure parking spot for my car. I was even offered free breakfast upon my arrival, which I wasn't technically owed. The breakfast buffet, which is included in the price, was well stocked and all food I've tried was fresh and tasty. The room itself was clean and well-lit. The bathroom was spacious, and well provided with linen, towels and toiletries. There was a balcony with a pool view, where one can also hang dry beach towels, and air circulation was good enough to not require the air-con. I've only stayed a night, so I can't talk about room service or housekeeping, but I expect the same level of service extends to these areas as well. All in all I'd book a stay again with the anytime!

The provided toiletries, which currently comprise two small tubes of shampoo+conditioner and two small soap bars, could get an improvement - in size if in nothing else. A rail to hang clothes in the balcony would also be useful, as it stands clothes are hanged from the deck chairs. However, none of these can overshadow the hospitality of the manager and his staff and I'm sure that, had I asked, they would have found solutions for both.

the location was perfect, the owner was very friendly and was always ready to help us. the breakfast was a bit small but good the room was also a bit small but perfect for 2 people.

the cleaning of the room (3th floor for us) was around 10-11 am. for us a bit to early as we only left between those hours and thus always missed the cleaning and had to ask multiple times for additional toilet paper/ cleaning.

The hotel is little and simple (nothing luxurious etc.) but it was a very nice stay for us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, always cleaned well, tasty croissants for breakfast, good location for travelling around Crete. But what makes this hotel special I think is its staff! The host and everybody else were always very friendly, polite and helpful. You really feel welcomed and special while staying here :)

Have in mind that this city (Chersonissos) is a party place, so a lot of music and noise coming from neigbouring hotels. But this hotel had quite good sound isolation, so we slept well :)

From the start to the end staying at Artemis Hotel was simply fantastic! There is not enough space in a comment to describe one's admiration for this place and the people who work there. Everything in the service is at an extremely high level - the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and all the amenities. Whatever I say about the host - Konstantin, will be little. Extremely friendly, responsive, ready to fulfill every wish of the guests. He can help with anything and give any guidance for a pleasant stay on the island. The cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfast is more than satisfying and delicious. I can only say one huge - Thank you to all those people working there who made our stay gorgeous and unforgettable. If you want to feel like gods - definitely visit this place!

This is a small lovely family run hotel. I have stayed at this property twice and would thoroughly recommend it. Your host Konstantin is an absolute diamond. He is extremely helpful, kind and will provide you with lots of advice on the things to do in Hersonissos. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe & secure here. I choose the Bed & Breakfast option on both my stays and there is plenty of breakfast choice to choose from. Do not hesitate in booking this accommodation, for the price it is absolutely fantastic. The location was brilliant only less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. I cannot wait to stay again. Thank you Konstantin.

Nice personell, always giving good advice, very reasonable prices, friendly atmosphere, we felt at home! It is also very well positioned, the beach is not far as well as restaurants and places for partying are 2 mins away. While the hotel is positioned close to the action you can’t hear any of that from the hotel so the room is also nice and quiet.

The bathroom fixtures were fine but could use some renewal. Everything was working fine but one could notice.

The manager, a gentleman named Constantin, was an enthusiastic host who provided helpful advice and tips and made our stay far more pleasant than had we wandered about the town on our own, The breakfast was excellent and tasty. The beds were among the most comfortable I have had while traveling in Greece. This was a nice Greek style hotel in a location convenient to the sea and the promenade. If Hersonissos is your choice for a destination, I highly recommend this hotel for a family.

All the staff and especially Konstantin were very kind and helpful. We were also really happy with all the restaurant recommendations and suggestions for places to check out that he gave us. The location of the hotel is good and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will choose Artemis Hotel again next time we come to Hersonissos.

Wifi connection was slow at times, and breakfast could be improved.

Nice hotel in a perfect location, near the supermarket and shops with local products, near the tavernas but in a quiet zone. Room and balcony were spacious and very clean. Konstantin, the manager was really a kind and helpful person with very nice recommendation for everything, restaurants, shops, to take renting car, places to visit etc. I can't wait to stsy there again and I recommend to everyone who goes to Hersonissos.

Very warm welcome from Konstantin, in French! Very spacious appartment with a bit of seaview. Very well situated, slightly away from the strip and the seafront walkway, thereby enjoying calm and quietness. Personal service in the morning at breakfast time.
