the entertainment was poor, childrens entertainers were just plugging their phones in to play music on the speakers, and dancing to songs they knew, this happened a couple of times. Also the chairs to sit on in the evenings by the bar were not in good condition many of them were broken. These things are not what u expect in a 5 star hotel

Lovely location, friendly staff, accommodating. Hotel manager was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Upgraded to sea view room and provided access to spa which was a lovely treat, really added to our wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the food!

Entertainment in the evening was limited.

This place is a hidden gem. Perfect place to relax and not to worry about anything. Only 20 mins away from Heraklion Airport, the resort is not over crowded, all inclusive package included a big variety of amazing food and drinks, our room was lovely and we also got upgraded to a room with a private pool which was a very nice surprise. I came here with my boyfriend but I would recommend it for families too. The staff was extremely friendly (especially Tonia from the buffet) and every time we had a request it was taken care of within 20 mins. I honestly have absolutely nothing negative to stay.

I would recommend it to everyone, especially families with children. The hotel as a space is wide, spacious, bright, wonderful, the rooms are also very comfortable and spacious, which was very important to us considering that we were with a baby. So many choices of food whatever you can think of you can find there. The food was very tasty. The staff was so kind. Since we had to grind the baby's food, it was never difficult for them to bring the blender and grind it for us. We really appreciated that. We especially want to mention Soula, Antonio Tonia and Evi. Baby loved them. If you are thinking of coming to Bella Beach Hotel don’t think twice

Amazing staff!!!!!!. They went over and above to make our stay amazing. Especially considering we arrived super early and left rather late. We thought the buffets had great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only small comment would be the seafood wasn’t the best but if you want real seafood your best to go to a small local seafood place anyway. The location was good just a small taxi ride to village and €45 taxi to the port which they arranged for us. All the facilities and rooms were really clean. Would definitely return! Oh and don’t forget to try the wine bar with the local wines.

The property is great. The staff was incredible in every way. The food was amazing!!

The only thing I could say was that the animation team was lacking experience and overall ideas of real all inclusive resort entertainment. The quality of the cocktail drinks have also room for improvement.

The resort had a beautiful view of the sea and had beach access. The buildings and view gave you an authentic experience. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very hospitable. We had a welcome bottle of wine with fruit and sandwiches waiting in our room. The hotel manager asked us about our stay and gifted us a 30min massage. We added on the scrub and aloe wrap, which were amazing. Overall a lovely stay, would recommend

Would have been awesome if the pools were heated but loved that the outdoor pool was salt water.

First of all, I'd like to mention the people at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful! The second great thing about the hotel was that there was no "race for the sunbeds". Neither by the pool nor on the beach. At any time during the day we could find the sunbeds available, even though we are a family of four. And we didn't have to have any all-inclusive bracelets. What else... the room was clean and cleaned daily. We had a beautiful sea-view from the front line. And the food was not the best but good enough. The hotel also has a beach bar, so it's easy to get drinks and snacks from the beach as well. The beach belongs to the hotel, so you don't have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas.

I would mention the noise from neighbouring hotel Anissa, more specifically from their bar. It was pretty loud and didn't stop until midnight. It wasn't so bad for day or two.. Maybe three.. But sometimes you just want to "hear silence", rest and just talk or watch a movie. But this was probably related to the location of our room and most other rooms in the hotel will not have this problem.

The staff was awesome! Super friendly to my kids, very helpful when needed, and kind all around. The beach was very close, the room was right next to the pool, pool bar, and restaurant so we lucked out! They kept the room clean from our sandy feet and ordered us taxis whenever we needed! Food was awesome and different every dinner!

Our toilet kept making a weird noise like it was constantly flushing, but, we just closed both doors and couldn't hear it :) The lunch food is kind of...meh, but the salad portion of it was great. Breakfast and dinner make up for it though! Not used to going to all inclusive resorts much but people would put their blue beach hotel towel on pool chairs and claim it for the day....but not be there all day. We moved some and about 2 hours later a couple came from the beach and was upset we were sitting in their spot. Maybe the resort can put a reminder that's not how it works? We had a great time minus these little things!!!
