Grand Hotel Loutraki

Great location. Staff was helpful always, kind and polite. I wish rooms were more spatious. We rented a 4 family room but I had to add am extra room because the 4 bed room was so small that we couldn't move inside. THe hotel was always shiny Breakfast is good quality, maybe a but limited because of the corona situation.

We had to leave too early for breakfast so we cannot comment about the most recent stay. We have stayed here before and breakfast has been plentiful and varied. The staff are really lovely and super helpful and all speak to our shame for our lack of Greek very good English. The hotel is very central and you can also get a % discount from the Loutraki Spa which we have used before and is well worth a visit.

This is a silly gripe but there was a little step up to the bathroom which given my clumsiness was a recipe for a stumble - thankfully avoided! :). There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms which might be worth knowing in advance.

Comfortable room in simple hotel. We had a spacious balcony with sea view. Very clean.

Could not lock door from inside. Breakfast generous but not great, but it was a cheap room and super clean and comfy.

I stayed two separate evenings. This is a great location right in the heart of Loutraki, just a short few steps from the beach, stores, bakeries, supermarket and multiple restaurants, gelatarias, cafes and bars. All within a block or two. Perfect for solo trip or couples. I felt very safe as they have 24 hr front desk. The only downside is parking. I went during a low season and found street parking after a few attempts but I imagine during high season it may be more difficult. The property doesn't have beachfront views but I was fortunate to get a side view of the sea. But Loutraki is very windy so you wouldn't spend a lot of time on the balcony anyway. Hospitality is extremely good here with very helpful and kind staff. The rooms were outdated but clean. Bathrooms small but I spend most my time outside the hotel. The beds could be more comfortable but again this is a typical Greek hotel-type-mattress, so it is comparable to other places. The breakfast was ok, not spectacular, but typical basic for the spread. The staff was very nice and gave excellent service. The breakfast service was very covid-conscious and clean with safe protocols in place for guests. Overall, I felt safe, the place was clean, smoke free and I enjoyed a peaceful night stay.

Young lady at the reception deck was truly amazing and helpful. Will return!

Very noisy street if the room is on that side. Lack of parking place. It is not the fault of the hotel, but suggestion to anyone who has the problem with noice to make reservation of the unit with sea view for a small extra charge.

Such a lovely hotel right next to the beach. The room is spacious enough and very clean. Bed is comfortable. The staff were really kind and accommodating. They even upgraded my room with a sea view. Everything is near by. You can also get a discount from the hotel for the Thermal Bath. Recommend this hotel.

No parking so sometime it was hard to find a parking place within the town centre.

Excellent small hotel, completely renovated and updated, excellent beds, excellent staff, central convenient location, close to spa, cafes and restaurants. Price was very competitive during May. Overall perhaps the top small boutique hotel in Loutraki.
