The owners son was very polite and provided exceptional service.
The owner on the other hand need to RETIRE for the shake of the establishment and quest. The owner was extremely disrespectful and rude .I went Saturday morning 9 to inform as I was asked by his son that I wanted to expand my stay and instead of making the arrangement he pointed at me a sighn and ORDERED me to read it......the content was about penalties the greek tourist the low is giving to customers the overstay their stay......I was very confused at the beginning but very angry and insulted at the end of the story was this owner with dirty clothes looking like homeless is accusing me for.???? That I am not going to pay the 44 euros???? 44 euros I to loutraki cazino and play one shot in slot machine.......! After that I was trying not insult or complain about the mattresses that hasn't been changed for at least 40 years I told him I have a back pain and that is the reason I don't know how many days I can stay to a hotel.His answer was " I am on pain to but I am not complaining like you "....... well I am not your cousin brother or your son to talk to me back like that . THE OWNER MUST GET AWAY FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT AND LET HIS SON RUN IT PROFESSIONAL at least to a polite manner. I have worked to tourist industry in 3 continents Europe 23 year NYC 12 years and Australia 6 months . I love the business and I an expecting the same level of service I provide. Maybe I am wrong because of that. I let this for you to decide.
