👍 Proximity to mall Road, delicious food, happy staff, recently renovated

👎 The water heater capacity to be increased as the hot water may become an issue if family wants to shower in immediate turns. Noticed during my stay some other guest screamed at reception for the same issue. probably hotel may think of central water heater 😊. Also please resume the bornfire in winters😃 . We walked to another hotel Welcome ITC to experience the bornfire in chilly winter evening.

Great location, right on the Mall road entrance. Good food and breakfast options. Beautiful valley view from open terrace, especially during sunset. We also enjoyed the kids activity area. The property have free on-premise parking.

Washroom could have been bigger in size for a 4-star ITC hotel.

Location was great. Room came with a gorgeous valley view. Nisha at front desk was very helpful with travel tips. The spa was deceptively good. No fancy frills like a Jiva Spa or a L'occitane spa but the actual spa experience was extremely relaxing

Overall food could be better although they do have some decent starters

Location & views from outdoor dining area was beautiful. Room size was good. Food was also delicious with fast service.

There was no one to clean the car. they hv plenty of cleaning staff & I was ready to pay. in our group all were senior citizens,neither I am allowed to call someone from outside. I have to travel 350 km in dirty car……disappointed me.

Liked everything in the hotel. 1. Staff were excellent 2. Immediate response from the staff for any queries . 3. Room 4. Play area - Mr.Mahadev and his co - staff were very supportive in keeping the kids busy with activities in the play area. Words aren’t enough to describe Mr.Mahadev’s service. Thanks a ton. My son enjoyed a lot.

Excellent location just near the Library - Mall road. One must opt for the room with balcony which faces the valley. Mall road is just a walk away. Perfect for a vacation. Breakfast is decent. Alternate options are anyways available at mall road. Must book this place solely for the locational advantage at Mall road. Room with balcony facing the valley is icing on the cake.

Monkey menace in the property as in room with balconies these can get inside the room. So one needs to be extremely careful.

A great place at an envious location. you are right on the mall. rooms are clean and spacious. I had requested for interconnected room and they gave me excellent rooms. Staff is very warm and helpful. Internet was the winner as we were very sceptical about the internet but no problem which is great in context of mussoorie. Breakfast was decent. dishes were being topped up regularly. The area was great specially outside terrace.

breakfast was decent but could have been better. There was no live counter like dosa though one can get omelette/ fried egg. staff seemed to be outnumbered during breakfast but other times they were stars. They should use less plastics!

Their Hospitality was outstanding , i had a planned stay for 3 days but due to some unforseen situation i had to cut down my stay for 2 days only. However i have paid the full amount in advance but still they understand my situation and refunded my 1 day money. Great staff great resort

good breakfast, they serving us breakfast at 3AM in the morning and that too when we were checking out was remarkable
