staff are very friendly, i get a free upgrade for the second time.🙏🙏 everything is perfect from the breakfast, location, room, attention to the guest, definitely my first choice of stay. my daughter was sick and they bring us cake + good wishes.. thank you Pulman Bandung once again

Check-in was a breeze, received free room upgrade with executive lounge facilities, spacious room, great facilities and very close to everywhere because it is in a very central location

Pool was too cold. Breakfast has plenty of options but could be better. Traffic was awful on the weekend but this is not the hotel’s fault. You could easily walk or use public transport.

Almost Everything.....The location is exceptional and walking distance to many good restaurants.

The receptionist woman is very rude. This is a 5 star hotel but she barely a smile and very harsh when we asked some informations about the hotel. She was just like a woman in menstruations cramps and just betrayed by her boyfriend who works in the hotel. So, she hate the hotel guests so much.....Very unacceptable...

Breakfast was truly amazing, I fully enjoyed the selection and coffee service. Rooftop bar had nice view and had live band. Room was big, clean and had very comfy bed. Rain head shower was very relaxing and room service was very good in topping up bottled water. Can also see nice touches where hotel try to minimise plastic waste with use of glass bottles and refilled shower supplies (not little plastic bottles)

Not the most pedestrian friendly, but people do not or should not leave on foot. This is mostly a culture shock and not a reflection of the hotel.

Property generally ok, but the parking place is not organized in proper way. Cars parked horizontally where make difficult for other car to park or get out from the parking space.

- The interior design is beautiful and the room is spacious. - The staff is very helpful. - You can order food from the online delivery services (Gofood) and have the staff bring it to your room. - We had the corner room at 5th floor and the view is amazing. - The breakfast menu was tasty with various selections.

- The swimming pool and the kids club were under renovation. - Despite the amazing balcony view, the glass window wasn't noise-proof, so a bit noisy during midnight. - The smart TV doesn't have Netflix and a bit complicated to cast with iPhone.

one out of the two rooms still smelled like smokes although we were told that it has been sanitized right before we went up to our rooms (we originally asked for non-smoking rooms but due to the lack of room vacancies we agreed to the rooms in the smoking floor with the promise of them being sanitized prior to our stay), despite that, we still appreciate the upgrade of one regular room to a suite room

We loved how grandiose the building and lobby are. The location is perfectly center to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were offered to become Accor Plus member and ended up upgraded into a Suite room and that was a bliss. The room is clean and super comfortable. I also want to add the dinner at Mad Cow restaurant was exceptional. It was a wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future.

The only thing I thought could be improved was the breakfast. It was okay but the flavour and quality of the local dishes could be better.

This is our 2nd time staying in Pullman. - We like the location which is so close to jalan riau, and it is just in front of Gasibu and gedung sate. - Various breakfast options (and the arrangement was much better than the early pandemic time) - on the 2nd day, we were moved to junior suite since there was a maintenance at the floor where we stayed It is definitely a very good choice to stay in bandung

The AC sound at the junior suite was quite loud

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was so strategic...we could just walk to restos or stores around jalan Riau/Banda. Despite the chaos breakfast arrangement, they have lots of breakfast options

- Need to improve their breakfast arrangement: On our last day (sunday), we felt uncomfortable as we had a long queue for breakfast (like school kids) though we already booked the night before and we already planned our day but stucked with this breakfast waiting list. It was not a nice system in a 5 star hotel. My advice to the hotel: they also need to put a timer in every table as many people who came as a big family or group stayed for more than 1h at the same table while others waiting to be seated. - the pool was soo small. Sadly, there were people who didn't use swimwear jumped to the pool (the management just didn't see but need to be aware esp when kids came with their nannies and parents...parents didn't want to swim, and let nannies jumped wearing normal clothes with kids)
