THE 1O1 Bandung Dago

1. The location is good for the crowded trasportation traffic of Bandung City, though you have to access the Hotel Lobby via basement after 9PM. 2. The room was nice. We kind of get an upgraded room with "extra bed" cause the loft type designated room has some technical trouble, but the room become a little bit crowded with three bed around. 3. The breakfast have many menu variation, and the ice cream, traditional snack and Mie Kocok corner are my personal favorite. 4. The towels and bedsheet are clean.

The bathroom could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, and the shower need an upgrade. hehehe.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was close to the city centre, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The AC and water heater worked well, and the TV had Netflix and YouTube for entertainment. I liked the water dispenser near our room, which saved me from buying additional bottled water. The 101 Ambassadors service was nice. They were friendly, attentive, and responsive to my needs. They made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. This service exceeded my expectations.

The room's acoustics need improvement. I can hear my neighbour coughing and sound of children running above our room. Thankfully, it all subsided during the night.

What I like the most about the hotel is the location is very strategic, near to any restaurants and coffee shops.

- The hotel is not that old but you can see it in the room: the carpet looks old, the bathroom sink shelve is broken, you can see the dirt on its bathroom sink. - The hotel only provides two towels (the big size), they do not provide the towels for hair/face (smaller size) - The welcome drink is placed on the terrace, and it is disconnected with the lobby. So unless you ask, you probably will not know they have welcome drinks. - I asked them to clean my room (with the card), but they didn't clean my room. So if you book this hotel, you better call the reception to get your room cleaned. -The parking lot size is medium, so when it's full, they provide valet parking for free. This is common in Bandung

The staff were so friendly and gave great services. Overall facilities and the room is very good. The speed with which the staff responded to additional requests, like an extra towel or simple things like salt or sugar was really fast. Having been to many hotels, sometimes services can be really slow if they think you are "only" requesting something small in the middle of the night. Not in here though, which made me happy.

The room was very good. Unfortunately, the shower in the room has a leak, resulting in the water splashing all over the place. Not too uncomfortable for a 1-night stay, but would probably be a hassle for a longer stay.

Property look very small but in fact it is sufficient. Has a pool and gym room although small limited. Location excellent, very easy to the area Jl Merdeka, Jl Dago and Jl Riau. Room spacious, unique and comfortable. Super variety breakfast, amazing but the taste still needs to be improved. Unfortunately the parking is very small, but there is a well organized parking team and good valet service.

Shower but room, prefer the hose model. Relatively not a problem.

Room is really nice. Outstanding location, most of the places I wanted to visit are within the walking distance. Loved the small balcony!

This is not really a big deal but if the gym has more facilities, it would be great! But you can always have a morning walk around the area if you need some exercise.

The room, bed, and food were good. The location is also prime, for strolling around Dago. Staffs were friendly, and they really prioritize us (family with kids) for early check-in (starting from 11:00 am, and free).

The parking lot is too small for 7-seater cars and has no drop-off area. The pool size is also only suitable for kids.

The room is okay and very clean. There is water dispenser located in front of lift. When we arrived, the parking was full and the staff offered to park our car. That was so comfortable. The Covid Protocol was very good also

We could hear the noise because the hotel is on the side of the road and other noise from others room.

well, the outlet is located below the side table, kinda difficult to reach, apart from thay, everything is great
