RedDoorz Plus near Dago Pakar

Good service, we were provided with extra blanket when we asked for it at the reception. The room is spacious albeit spartan. We booked two units, side by side, which came with a huge adjoining space furnished with a sofa bed. The man behind the receiptionist desk really did everything for us, from helping us park our car and delivering amenities.

There were hair on the bed and pillows, almost as if the beddings haven't been washed. When we arrived, there were no drinking water, no towels, so we had to wait until they were delivered to us, although this didn't take long. The swimming pool looked dirty.

Stayed at here for 3days are worth it. This place served secure, hospitality, clean and really good facilities are like wifi, hot water in shower, big room also circulation of fresh air. I am really glad to stay here with family.

No breakfast, but it's okay. the location is good, the air is fresh. The towel is soft and clean, and also is the bed sheet.

Please put bottled water in the room. It seems that the staff forgot to provide them in my room, so I had to ask them.

Location is near the golf field, view is good and very quiet.

The toilet was broken, ac was not really cold.

No fridge in the room. No bottled water. The TV.

The house is located in a quiet area, very nice if you want to stay away from busy and noisy area. Good scenery and cool weather.

What we did not like in this property was because we experienced no water supply to the toilet and wash basin installation when we woke up at 04.00 am. There were nobody from the property at that hour, so this was not good. Water source was only came out on shower installation. Then at about 06.30 am, there the water came out on all installation.

Location is good, but the hotel staff doing poor maintenance.

Nothing ! I didnt stay for 2 nights and had to move to another hotel because i couldnt stand this hotel.

The rooms were smelly and the walls are moldy The bathroom inside the room was awful. The bathroom door in my room was broken. The bathroom wall was dirty full of stain and mold.. The pillows were very stinky smelly (and when i asked to have another pillows they said they only can change the pillow case, anddd when they changing the pillow case, the staff were smoking while doing it). I booked this hotel because in the picture it looked quite nice little motel with nice swimming pool and it said the pool was open already, but when we arrived the pool was very dirty full of moss, and the water is green.. absolutely not ready to open! I felt deceived. I felt disappointed
