Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit Citygate, an IHG Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent , very convenient and attached to mall where we can find plenty of restaurants The lobby set up is bit awkward it was located on the 10th floor and make it bit difficult to move luggages especially we have big luggages. Other than that pleasent stay

Some facilities in the room wasn't function well such as hair dryer and toilet ; the shower gel wasnt refill and phone is not working. We have to change rooms to get a better stay. The upper floor rooms mostly nicer and cleaner compared to lower floor.

Location

Air condition was not cold, informed the front desk on the issue. They sent someone to check on it and waited about 20 mins to clean the filter. but after an hour still not cold. Called the front desk again and they said will send someone to check on it. Waited for 25mins no one came. Called front desk again and finally allowed me to change room. At it was already 12am. So tired , whole process wasted 2hours.

Hotel was cheap, and the staff was super friendly. Location was great, with a mall attached, and has many things to be done near the area. Nearby has a great places to look around as well, with many things to do.

The carpet was quite old, and as such would recommend the slippers to be on at all times. The shower are quite old, and the toilet does seem to have some mold in some corners. The bed sheets are changed regularly, but still not as clean as I would expect.

The staff, facilities and location. Those manning the reception counter were superbly helpful. The housekeepers were prompt and the waitresses were polite. The room is comfortable as expected. The location met my purpose... outside the hustle and bustle and congestion Jakarta is known for.

Breakfast perhaps.

Location was good with shopping mall nearby. Staff was pleasant.

Parking was limited. Breakfast replacement was very bad. All three coffee machines were either out of coffee bean, or no water. There was no butter for toast bread. Had to every time request for it. Taste of breakfast spread was just average. The fried noodles were quite tasteless.

To push our own luggages during arrival from 1st floor to 10th floor til the room & also when we leave the hotel. It is inconvenient especially for elderly .

It's clean, comfortable room and huge TV even tough I don't watch haha. I will definitely go there again when I got best offers. Hehe. Thank you

The pillow and bed a bit too soft for me but okay. The karpet have stain but I don't mind. I'm sure the cleaning service also try to manage the stain. Over all I'm happy stay there.

breakfast was really nice and the staff were very helpful. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and everything worked as well as i would expecct.

nothing that i can think of - everything i saw on the advertisement was what i saw so i was happy.

The hotel is good , clean , kind stuff and helpful, the location is great as it is inside the mall .

The elevators are too far from the lobby of the hotel , and often find security man next the hotel gate, so it’s hard for the passengers who have a lot of baggage

Location is nice. Service is ok. Breakfast is not special. Room is ok.

When we out from hotel after check out at the last day, the parking system charged us instead of free parking It delayed us and only solved when we went back to hotel & a hotel staff went down to parking gate to talk to the parking officer. Luckily we still able to catch up the flight
