ambiance was tranquil and cozy, staffs are friendly

Was charge way above the published rate for adding one day before the original booking. Talked to the manager and was told it was bookings.com rate. Checked with bookings.com, they said it was the hotel charged the rate as bookings.com didn't have any authority to change the rate, not nice feeling as we stayed here twice for 12 nights combined. The house keeping didn't check the room thoroughly, there was a window has a big gap around it to allowed hot air and noise come in; few curtain hooks were off the railing, both weren't fixed the second time we checked in. I notified the housekeeping and they were fixed very quickly. The sound proof could be improved as the window is facing the highway.

I love the pool area for coffee and relax. Lobby area big and comfortable for meetings

WiFi not good but not excellent

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my requests.

I think the towels were not really changed during my first night because it was wet and there were hairs on the towel that weren't obviously mine.

The location was very strategic, very close to Gandaria City Mall and various restaurants, and skywalk to the bus stop (Velbak & Ps Kebayoran Lama) and train station (Kebayoran). The room was very comfy and modern, the lobby was spacious and elegant.

The TV resolution was a bit grainy, it was not of very good quality, The parking was also a bit hard when there was a wedding in the restaurant, no staff whatsoever in the parking lot to assist us in finding a parking spot.

Nice and quite, staff are very polite and attentive to our needs, very quick response for any request. good selection of breakfast, nice pool and not many people in.

next to the highway so traffic noise is unavoidable, fast motorcycles can be very loud in early hours due to speeding. I am used to the praying sessions in early mornings but May not be the same for others.

Excellent stay. The hotel and its rooms are lovely. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The staff is responsive. The facilities and amenities are complete. The breakfast is great, delicious and varied. Location is strategic.

There's buzzing noise from somewhere, I'm not sure whether it's from inside or outside of the room. The wifi can be unstable

The reason why I stayed there because I'm hosting bridal shower for my best friend, and I'm hosting bridal shower dinner at the restaurant, and bridal shower foto session in the room. The event was successfully and we satisfied with the say. The bride and groom and family stayed at the hotel. They were really satisfied with the service.

The bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. The room was very clean and tidy, including the bathroom.

I would've liked some cereal (not just chocolate and sugar cereals for kids) and milk for breakfast (a Western breakfast).

So awesome it was! I didn't expect about that, but I had a local breakfast. It was delicious! Also, the room, I also didn't expect, but was good!

Breakfast is good, although the menu almost the same everyday, at least it is fresh and well tasted.

Not too much, only sometimes the road noisy when it was not rain, but in rainy season especially heavy rain in the night, the road very quite.
