Sotis Hotel Kupang

The location is good right on the beach, very clean, friendly and polite staff, food is good, local cats were friendly please look after them🤗❤️ the pool is clean even though we didn’t have chance to swim in there🥹

the parking was tight, and the day on our check out we parked at the front of the hotel but the security told us not to park there, whereas during our stay i saw cars were allowed to park right at the front of the hotel and it was annoying because I had to squeeze past those cars to park on the other side and checked out took far too long as they had to inspect the room before finalizing our bill

Very nice accomodation in Kupang. Particularly the seaview rooms are really nice. Sitting on the balcony and observing late afternoon life on the beach and the sunset is my favorite. The restaurant serves really good food and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The pool needs better cleaning, because it’s being used a lot. As with many Indonesian properties, noise from loud music can be a problem. The restaurant’s music doesn’t bother you in the rooms, but people also bring their boom boxes to the beach below your window.

Everything was good as always.We are coming back for years and we keep on coming back.

The menu was not completely i know its because of restarting your business i had the same problem but it can be better. We stay there for 4 nights in total we spend at least 30 million + so i expect also that the kitchen will be top.And the fridge in the room is empty.

I like the variety of breakfast menu. The location is near and walking distance to city centre, moreover it's beachfront hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Since my check-out was early morning, the hotel provided a take-away breakfast.

There are two pools, one pool's water was not clean, dirty blue colour. The other one is by the restaurant, it was not comfortable swimming when people are around eating breakfast or dinner.

We stayed in 2 different locations in Kupang. While Sotis is a little more expensive the room itself was much nicer. Lovely to have the little balcony overlooking the beach too.

The music in all the restaurant/ bar areas was very, very loud. We wanted to find a place where we could sit and chat but the music inside the restaurant was just as loud as the outside and bar area.

It's a beachfront property, with rooms overlooking the sea. The room's clean and modern. Superb breakfast with diverse options, delicious food, & different sitting options (tables in the pool area, comfy sofas inside, or tables facing the beach). Airport shuttle by request, at a reasonable fee and with flexible time

There's a bar on the ground floor that plays loud music till 11.30 pm

- nice location, by the beach, esp the ocean view room - friendly staff - gym with decent equipment and nice view of ocean - clean room and good wifi

- ala carte breakfast - room is not soundproof, you can hear the noise from the alley and next room

The hotel is beautiful with two lovely pools and a gorgeous beachfront view. The staff were incredibly helpful. Nothing was a problem and they treated us well. We enjoyed the food snd they even had a fabulous live band play in the evening

The property was beautiful

Near to the kupang beach thats was awesome but please keep the beach clean so the tourist come and see and love it and gonna keep tourist caming back 🫶🏼

Please the gym area put 2kg and 1kg dumbbells and put soap on gym toilet too

room was spacious , staff are friendly and helpful

hot water not constant, shower head need replaced, mattress bit hard and towel not soft maybe time for new one, bit noisy with people singing till early morning if you need quiet place to stay avoid room facing the beach
