Beautiful Ocean views And the breakfast so much food. Feel like home🤣 We had visitors breakfast only $11/person buffet, wow! Because we stay there, we can invite friends and families enjoying the breakfast for only $11/person and always plenty food left over. From room to pool and ocean views soo Beautiful. If you are going just for rest and enjoying the hotel, pool, Gym and views, really good place to go. Especially if you just wanted to stay at the Hotel and Shopping center is connecting from the Hotel. Thank you Four Points Manado, can't wait to go back again🙏😁❤️

If you walk around the beach.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and good food. Room was comfortable and clean. Location - was very handy for the shopping mall and reasonably close to the airport. Staff - were lovely. So friendly and helpful. They made us feel really welcome.

I chose a city facing room, which turned out to be quite noisy at 4:30 am when the two mosques started to chant. The traffic on Friday night was also quite noisy at around 2am, with motor bike racers.

We used the hotel twice for our oncoming trip to our final destination and on the way back home again. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Could storage one piece of luggage till our return. Airport transportation was arranged through hotel. Christian from reservation office was very helpful and efficient. Everything worked out very smoothly. Great breakfast! We will be back! Thanks for everything.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It has everything one could wish for: very welcoming, friendly, gracious and helpful staff; a lobby and restaurant that is bright, spacious and spotlessly clean; an excellent buffet breakfast with a large variety of choices; a modern, well-equipped fitness centre; a well-furnished room with very comfy beds. We stayed two nights and would have loved to have stayed two more.

Everything you can expect from an hotel of that level. Super friendly staff, central position, a lot of service. A special mention to Christian: his attention to the guests requests is remarkable!

Maybe a better deeper cleaning of the rooms. Details but in a structure of this level i aspect to don’t see any particular not cleaned perfectly.

The food and gym were excellent, staff was attentive. room is modern and comfortable, laundry and room service were excellent timeliness and quality.

gym is all glass facing the bar, a little uncomfortable to have people drinking and looking at you working out

The Service and location. 24/7 roomservice, staff always on top of everything and soo friendly. Breakfast was amazing, literarily everything you could ask for. Pool view was out of this world, sunsets everyday.

Hospitality. The people from top to bottom are really really attentive towards details and they take the extra mile to ensure your stay is good and will keep asking you how is your stay. I’ve been to a 5 star but the service here is already 5 star although the hotel is not one.

The dinner food. Not the best or the tastiest. Much to be improved.

Very good and helpful personal. Very good and good choice of food. Specialy I liked puding, best I Ever head. Good masaz and pool area with a bar.

Noting to say

Room was clean, well equiped and medium spacey. The pool was extraordinary, even the area for sunbathing and around the bar could need some makeup in style.. there would ne many possibilities. The staff was nice and professional, the breakfast various and tasty.
