Whiz Prime Hotel Megamas Manado

The staff was very welcome and helpful start from check-in was very smooth and fast, the room was good only needed a bit of refresh in the bathroom area the odor was really bad of smells but when we turned on the AC it got better, also the glass door need to repair had so much noise when we get out and in, the breakfast was good and the staff are very helpful especially the one who stand by at condiment section was nice and helpful. Suggestion: The lift & corridor area was really hot I guess there is no AC there maybe it's under maintenance or I don't know but better have.

I loved the attitude of front door keeper and the security; they were friendly and gave me friendly greetings every time I passed by, a small thing I needed after a hectic travel day. The check in process was smooth but it was uncomfortable to me that the hall to the elevator smelt not great at the time. The room was clean and had an ocean view. The bathroom was clean and the hot water worked well. This hotel provided very basic amenities and toiletries so it is better to bring your own. The bed was comfy, I personally loved the bed that had medium hardness (?) it meant that the bed not too soft, it was just right and comfortable especially for your spine. The location of this hotel was great. It was near groceries store, some restaurants and shopping mall in just walking distance.

The parking situation was not great if you hoped to park inside the hotel parking slot, but since it was in Megamass boulevard I guessed it was safe to park everywhere nearby. The room was not spacious. I didn't know the cause but please correct the fragrance or smells in the hall between front desk to elevator.

I liked the location of this hotel since it was near shopping center, convenience store (Indomaret), cafe (it was near Starbucks) and food outlets. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The check-in and check-out experiences were smooth. There were amenities, clean towels, clean bathroom and good showers (it was rain shower type).

The only downside of this hotel was the annoying sound from the nearby club/cafe. You can avoid this by choosing the city view (the sea view was nearer to the club). Sometimes the hot shower didn't work.

The staff was so nice! Every single person in the staff team deserves a big thank you. I liked the room, bed, cleaning services, very good wifi, location was awesome too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view from rooms on 9th floor. We had to connecting rooms, very nice when traveling as a family.
