Oak Tree Emerald Semarang

Very comfy resort surrounded by many trees and therefore giving it a natural retreat character. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I particularly like the wooden floor and all the natural materials used. The team is very friendly and helpful, it would be difficult to sigle them out by name. Aya is very busy meeting guests to inquire about their well-being and experience at the hotel, I enjoyed the conversations with her very much. But all others are really helpful, professional and nice too. Last but not least, a nice gesture was the welcome amenities with a personalized welcome letter that included my picture (lucky they got the right guy!). To all the team: great job, keep it going 😉

A few things to improve: coffee at breakfast could be better, perhaps a small espresso machine would be a welcome addition. In the bathroom there are only bath towels, maybe a hand or a face towel would add some comfort. If the website was a bit more user friendly, I would have booked directly. But now I have their WhatsApp so that I can book directly next time.

A bit rustic in the outside yet pretty comfortable inside the room. Quiet surrounding with birds chirping background in the morning … serene.

The location a bit “far” from the city center and the street to get there a bit complicated without google map guidance ….

I like the overall vibe. The landscape felt like it was a full blown resort. Spacious and comfortable.

Sometimes it felt like the property is located in an abandoned environment. The cleanliness can be improved.

The facilities? I was hoping for more amenities. Staff took a while to get my keys, we even need to put on some deposit which I don't really expect for Ascott managed place

The room was perfectly convenient, like a private cabin in the wood. It was spacious, with wooden floor and wall, and the balcony with lushes trees. The swimming pool was also clean.

Although the hotel was mentioned that they preserved natural look (unpainted wall, rustic metal panel, etc), but it feel like an unfinished building in the hallway. The lighting was also too dimmed.

Good ambience and good value. Breakfast is very good!

Unexpected place in between residential place ip the valley. Nice accommodation, breakfast not special in taste and not so many varieties if compare similar value hotel.

This hotel is the middle of residence, unexpected area, but nice in between valley 😀. Facilities are fine. Food not so many variations, the taste just fine.
