Staffs were friendly, caring, and helpful. Cozy bed. Strong and steady Wi-Fi had great support for online meetings that lasted for hours.

Regarding taste, variety, I consider breakfast overpriced. That bread for display only thing is misleading and actually unsafe for e.g. kids or those who might be not familiar with English. I actually had eaten up one piece on my first morning, because I thought that the basket meant for display was only the big basket on the back. In my traveling experience, this is the first time I find a dinner table decorated with fake food. Had it been abroad, wouldn't you get sued if a guest got poisoned, though just lightly, from your misleading decoration?? The noise from that exhaust fan ini the toilet is annoying. Closet needs to be scrubbed thoroughly. That brownish spot all around is disgusting.

The rooftop swimming pool is the highlight. The view over the city is superb both from the pool and from the room. The staff are super friendly.

Awesome big room, Super friendly staff, great breakfast (limited menu but really delicious food) and good sky pool. The sky restaurant also very nice.. Almost 5 star service. We stayed at this place two times during the transit between Jakarta and Surabaya and both times exceeded the expectations.

The car parking has limited / small capacity.

Breakfast should be with more variation, it's a bit focused on Indonesian food, just some cheese would already be welcome. Pool is nice, restaurant is good, love the cheese platter.

somehow breakfast menu and taste suffer a setback. Little bit disappoint on this. Hopefully will recover soon.

We use this place every time for our transit stay between Surabaya Jakarta. Room is big, friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing! The roof top pool is the best in town!

Everything. Rooftop swimming pool. Lovely room with a fantastic view. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of eating options. Staff who greet you every time.

Bed, toilet and bathroom are spacious. The aromatherapy of coffee spread out all areas of lobby, aisle. The infinite pool and bar lounge is superb and comfy to relax

Parking space is limited and no available elevator to the lobby. The lighting in the room not very bright
