Breakfast was good, location was very handy just off main rd.

Room was a bit noisy with traffic on main rd. Air conditioning would help when we had to close the window. But we had a fan supplied so all in all we were fine😀👏

We liked the breakfast area. We ate in the bar the day before, but were seated in the first bar area you come into, behind a wall, where it was a bit dark, close to the closed buffet by the doors to the breakfast area. After our meal, I noticed the other side of the bar area that was lit with natural light. I wish we had sat there. I highly recommend you not use those tables near the closed buffet unless you have run out of space. Our room was clean and quiet. We were in town to visit a friend, who lives there. We liked that we could walk into town. I wish we could have had a drink in the bar off the main lobby, which looked very inviting. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. They ordered a car for us the next day to take the train to Cork.

Where we sat in the bar area for lunch, behind a wall, next to a closed buffet, when the other side of the bar had beautiful sunlight was very unfortunate. I remember thinking it was out of the way and then I noticed there were people on the other side. My meal was ok, I forgot what I had. my boyfriend enjoyed his whole chicken though. I wish the town of Charleville would consider a "clean-up campaign" and paint the stores and building fronts along the main road in rich bright colors. This was something the quaintest small towns we saw in Ireland did. A fresh coat of paint does wonders. Drumshanbo even had beautifully painted buildings. We were just passing through Charleville, but I work in design and this struck me as something the town sadly lacked and could benefit from.

I stayed with my husband and our 1 year old for 3 to nights and I really cannot fault our stay! From the check in to the check out, it was so smooth! Our room and bathroom was so clean, it was always nice and warm! The house keeping staff were very welcoming and friendly! We reserved dinner and my god the food was amazing! Definately recommend the Roast and their cocktail menu is great! The bar staff were fantastic, very outgoing and friendly! I honestly just could not fault the stay! The receptionists were sooooo helpful too! Hotel is close to town, and had everything you needed around ye! We will 100% be back! Thank you for a great break!

I didn't want to go home!

The front rooms should have triple glazing. I asked to be moved to a back room, which they did. There was black mould in the showers in both rooms so housekeeping is a bit slack. Lovely staff. Constant loud sky sports in every bit of the bar/restaurant was a bit much. The breakfast choices should have been more on display.

Cleanliness of bathrooms. The mirrors hadn’t been properly cleaned and as I said earlier there was black mould in showers, especially bad in room 203.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent, spacious beds and a great bathroom with both bath and seperate shower and plenty of bench space at the basin. I appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the cupboard. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking.

Our room on the top floor was a little warm during the night and passing traffic noisy until about ten in the evening.

Everything thing was superb all the bars reaustraunts are in walking distance plus the Hotel Room, Food,surroundings exceptional You could even eat your meals off the floor its just so Spotlessly Clean Loved Amy at reception She was so attentive to all my requests as it was my daughter & Son in law s 1st wedding Anniversary & I gave them a present of the room to Celebrate 🍾 ❤️ 💙 . I want to book it for my self now top..

Ideal location for my daughter and myself, pleasant staff and brilliant room service with the option of breakfast in our room (which we had). Bright and airy building, although beds in my room could do with updating this did not spoil my experience of your exceptional hotel and staff.

There was not anything I disliked but some updating required.

Leisure centres steam and sauna and gym were a great bonus Breakfast was good Staff were all helpful and smiling nothing was a problem Supermarket just up the road - a short walk into the very long Main Street It was a half way point for us to get to limerick and then back to cork to fly out - stayed two nights Very comfortable - even thou our room faced the road it was quiet

Bed was very cosy and room was very nice but o my goodness it was very humid warm in their

The shower sink was blocked when we got their and they were some dust on the floor and who ever stayed their before us left some underwear and socks in the draw so I don’t think the cleaners bother checking really

It’s not my first stay in this hotel. We stayed on the 1 floor with courtyard view. It wasn’t a-warm day , but the room was roasting warm , windows are barely can be opened. We had bad night sleep . Next time I’ll request high floor room . Breakfast in bed 5euro and good quality .
