Proximity to sightseeing, clean and tidy hotel and the pool facilities were excellent. the hotel was family friendly with breakfast charge for adults only. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for our family stay.

Breakfast could have been better organised with someone showing you to a table. We were simply checked in and left to find a table by ourselves when the breakfast room was very busy and there were no clean cups, no tables cleared/set, limited hot breakfast selection remaining - these were all topped up while we sat at our table but it would perhaps have been better for the waiter to maintain a queue and seat people when the room was ready for us.

The staff were very helpful when needed and the rooms had everything we needed (we didn’t have any food at the hotel but the facilities looked good)! Rooms had everything we needed for a short weekend trip! The hotel’s location is very central only a 20/25 min walk or a 5 min taxi/Uber to the main attractions - just keep in mind that if you are going to the Temple Bar district on an evening you will have a 25ish minute walk back to the hotel and late at night the hustle and bustle of the CBD is quickly replaced by a quiet/dark walks along the canal. We arrived back to the hotel shortly after 2am and the doors were locked so we had to ring a bell to be let in.

Stayed as the hotel is close to the 3Arena as Niall Horan was performing there. Beds super comfortable.😊 The reception staff were lovely and breakfast staff were great 😊 Breakfast was lovely, good choice of continental and hot food😋. The pastries could be improved on. Some appeared to be baked in a hurry as it was busy and not baked all the way through- a bit doughy in the middle 🙁 but no the less, breakfast was lovely. Fresh fruit and veg, were delicious, smoothies were very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you ❤️ It was lovely seeing the fish down the mezzanine level #doryandnemo😀♥️

Room for 3 people, 2 bottles of water placed in room, not much sugar /biscuits in the room for people booked in. The hotel charges 20euro for each hour, if a late check out is requested🙁 not all rooms can be afforded late check out but not all rooms can be cleaned at the same time, I think 1st hr can be free or check out at 11.30 and then start charging after that. We came back from the concert approx. 11.30 and the only food items available were pizzas 🙁 no sandwiches, or other foods for room service. Pizza was OK, the tomato sauce was not seasoned- ate it as we were a bit peckish. There is also a 7euro tray charge for staff to bring food to room. If you collect food yourself, there is no tray charge.

Good staff service at desk and Stir restaurant. All very friendly and helpful. Desk clerks make taxi appointments. Also liked that room had a floor fan, as altho hotel common spaces had AC, rooms did not; the weather was unusually hot for a couple of days and the fan, as well as open patio door, "saved us" from the room getting too hot. Beds were comfortable. Wifi service worked very well. Comfortable chairs in 1st floor lounge made it nice to meet with friends there to relax, or just rest after a long day of walking with a cold drink, wine, or beer, etc. Area around hotel safe and modern as well.

We have no issues to write about.

I liked the facilities pur 3 course meal and the glass of pressco , I liked the reception two of your workers one was a man with blonde hair very helpful and the lady with the glasses was also very helpful the people in the restaurant very nice the pool dicuzzi just very cosy hotel 🏨

I didn't like the fact that there was no music 😕 and that the heating in our room wasn't working I would have liked a bit of music like a band or something but other than that everything was good 😊 thanks very much 👍

Stayed with my friend and when we arrived our room only had a double bed, reception staff were very nice and immediately gave us another room. Great Location as we were attending the Bord Gais, 2mins walk, and also The Ferrryman pub is only 2 mins away aswell.. We had the Pre Show meal in the restaurant, which was very handy and a great deal. Food was lovely, would have liked a little more variety of veg with dinner. Large variety of hot, cold, and gluten free breakfasts. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and there was proper black out curtains. Bath and Shower, very spacious room and TV had lots of channels to choose from. Also every floor has a vending machine with treats and drinks.

The room was nice and well appointed. There was lots of space to lay our stuff out. Hotel location was good for what we wanted to do (get to Spencer Dock for hiring a car). We got to see a different side of Dublin (a bit outside the city centre proper).

The room was exceedingly warm and temperature was not able to be controlled effectively except by cracking the window open or using the fan (we didn't use the fan). There was a constant clanging from the balcony where the shades were latched by metal hooks in rings. It was to the point that it was hard to get to sleep for some of us.

The health club facilities were amazing. From pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and gym. Great place to relax after whole day walking around Dublin City centre. We also had dinner at the hotel. The food was lovely and the restaurant staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a bit hectic as it seems like we came at the peak time. But the food was lovely and have a lot of choices. Room was spacious and bed so comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Really recommended if you are looking for a nice stay in the heart of Dublin with a good value of money.

The only complain was the sink didn't dispose right. So the sink like a little pond when you use it😕. We were also welcome with pile of trash in front of our room as the room service still cleaning other rooms

Staff

This is our 3rd time staying if not more and the same problem. The dining are the communication between waiting staff and kitchen. In my opinion if they actually wrote down what you want and make life easier all round. Each occasion we stayed stayed at thus stage there was alway an issue. Also another worry I have all bedrooms dining etc on 2nd 3rd 4th etc floor and using the lift is a nightmare. My son has physical challenges and I would be very nervous if we needed to get out in a rush. It states on the outside lift do not use in the event of fire but where is the escape root for people with physical challenges as all bedrooms have to use lifts

Great and very comfortable hotel room, very friendly and helpful staff - they kindly gave us a room upgrade for free (not guaranteed, but such a welcomed surprise!). We loved the location, as it was on a walking distance to Dublin center but in a more local and quiet area (close to the main big techs and companies, and close to the pier). Great amenities and various food and drink options in house.

Only thing that we did not like is that they do not allow you to control your room temperature, it is the same temperature for the whole hotel. It was a cold day out but our room was too hot - however, they do have a fan in the room which we used (honestly the first time I see a fan in an hotel room, but it worked!).
