B&B Piccinni 1910

The rooms are very clean and have everything they need. The shared bathrooms are clean, in a good shape and as probably only two parties share the bathroom, we never had to wait. The price is fair and the location is great as it is calm, not too touristic and the station as well as the historical center are in walking distance. Breakfast is not great, but okay.

We did not sleep well, as the bed/pillows were quite uncomfortable and it was very loud on the street. Not opening the window, it got pretty stuffy.

We were in a triple room. Very comfortable bed, the room is large, the breakfast is served in a shared balcony. Bus stops are nearby, and the old city as well (5 minute walk). Bus B goes to the Pane e Pomidoro beach (7-8 minute trip). The shared bathroom was very spacious, clean, and shared with only one other room. It is on the first floor, so you must know there are some stairs. Everything was as expected, although have in mind that check in is after 16.

The WiFi didn’t work, however we didn’t really need it so we did not ask for it to be looked at. I assume it is working and it was just a temporary issue.

The lady (owner,) was great, she gave us a lot of advices about buses in the Bari, where to go for good pizza (Pizzeria 28- pizza was really tasty and tiramisu was perfect). The lady allowed us to leave there our baggage even 7 hours after check out. Breakfast with salted and sweet kind of food, fresh fruit, croisants...Very good location, close to the centre by foot.

We had shared bathroom for two rooms, but eventhough it was ok for us, no problem for us.

This place is good if you plan to visit the historical center. If you are coming to enjoy the beach, its quite far - 3 km - approx. 40 minutes walk. Breakfast was ok.

I had window to the street and it was very noisy. I had earplugs and it was not enough. The shower is broken, it needs to be repaired. After shower there is water everywhere.

Everything was really great including location. Breakfast were fine. From hospitality perspective we were really surprised how welcoming our host was. Even though there was no fridge in hot summer day, she took our refrigerator packs into their own one so we could have cold beverages on 40 degrees Celsius day. Our host also provided us with great tips for restaurants and beaches.

It would be great if there could be small fridge for cold beverages as it was pretty hot.

The location is perfect, 15 minutes from the central train station on foot. The lady at the check-in was amiable.

Our flight was delayed, so we could only check in after midnight. Therefore we had to pay 25 euros as a late check-in fee. The late arrival fee could have been indicated on the accommodation page because we did not know about it before.

the rooms are placed at the boulevard, 1st floor and buses + cars are passing by every 5 minutes since 5am and you can hear everything. When a bus is passing, the windows are vibrating and of course you wake up. Also you can hear all the doors closing/opening from all the rooms and bathrooms. Therefore, an investment in soundproofing would make it a very good location

The B&B is located close to the old city (10 min walk) and a walking distance form parkings localized next to the port. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. The main shopping street is 5-10 min away. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

It's localized at a quite a noisy street, but when you close windows it's ok. The shared bathroom was a bit problematic, even though we had been prepared for this. But we knew what to expect.

The welcoming of the host was extremely kind and warm. The girl was speaking perfect English which, as we saw, is very uncommon in Italy! She gave us all the information we needed for transport, places to eat and prepared us a breakfast even though we left earlier in the morning. The whole place was very clean! The bed was very comfortable!

The windows in the room were looking to a closed windowed balcony, where the breakfast happens, and there wasn't a way to get fresh air from outside even though there is an air conditioner.

other guests we shared the bathroom with were using our floor towel and kept leaving it wet on the floor. It would be easier to leave more floor towels in the bathroom instead of giving them separately to the guests who are later using other guests towels instead of bringing the ones from their rooms
