Executive Business Hotel

The hotel was ok, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast was acceptable. The room was spacious, overall the hotel was nice and clean. 15 mins walk from railway station to hotel which was ok

The “matrimonial bed” was made out of two twin beds put together which was not a big deal but they tended to split apart from time to time. The walls were really thin. We got a noise complain from the people from next room for just laughing a little bit louder.

Very good location of the hotel, near old Town. Big room, at the upper floor, very nice view. The biggest bed :).

At the beginning, before arriving at hotel, the communication with staff was not so good. They cancelled our booking because they did not manage to withdraw the money. I chosen to pay at the property, but they wanted to withdraw the money two days before. At the end, the issue was solved. Also, I was not satisfied by the breakfast. Only Italian breakfast, meaning pastry food. I booked a room to the same hotel for another one night and the price was 30euro higher and no breakfast included. Very different from the first booking.

Cheap, centrally located, free breakfast

We found ourselves in quite an unsafe situation with a cab driver which resulted in us being stranded on the side of the road, when we called the hotel to ask if they could help us to book a taxi from our location to the hotel, the staff member was unhelpful and unsympathetic The most uncomfortable bed we slept on in europe

Alessandro and Ladies at reception were very helpful and kind. The housekeeping lady on 6th floor, was very helpful with an Iron and Board, she prepared my room for an early check-in and was super friendly. The young Lady at breakfast was lovely, great English and was very organized in her Breakfast set-up. food was all very fresh, thank you. Hotel is a very convenient location and clean.

My room was on the small side, but that’s what I paid for, so it’s not a complaint.

The staff is very professional and dedicated, the hotel is clean and the breakfast succulent. It is conveniently located close to the city center and walking distance from the train stop. The hotel manager is most of the time available to listen to customers requests and accommodate them whenever possible. Tip: if you enjoy having a cup of tea or coffee in your room just ask for a water boiler at the reception and they will provide you with all the supply you need :-)

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and everything was clean. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was well laid out with good bread, rolls, cereals, fresh fruit salad, etc and the qulaity was good too.

There was noise from the busy road onlybothered if widows were open.

Great location, safe surroundings, walkable distance from the train station through the commercial area, also to the historic center. The photos are correct, the room was large, tiled instead of carpeted, which I highly prefer (gives me greater confidence in cleaning), the cover on the bed was a light fabric and light coloured (again, it looks like it is definitely cleaned between guests). The shower was adequatly large even for a larger person such as myself, it didn't leak in the rest of the bathroom, and even if I'm not a fan af overhead only (installing an aditional handheld movable showerhead would be a good ideea) it was still a good experience. There's a mini-fridge in the room and vending machines for snacks and drinks on the ground floor. There are old-style heavy key-chains atached to the room key (instead of modern cards) and you're better off leaving your key at the reception desk and requesting it when you come back, but everybody at he reception desk was helpful and nice and pleasant to deal with. We went in August (heat-wave) and even when we checked in we found the air-conditioning operating, so good temperature from the first moment, plus we turned it off late in the evening and left it off before we left in the mornings, but always returned to a nice cool room (thank you daily cleaning service).

Even on the 5th floor a light sleeper could be woken by traffic noises on busy weekday mornings. The wi-fi drops quite a bit, plus you have to request a username and password daily - not a big deal for us who spent the majority of our time offline and off-site, but something to consider if you plan to do remote work (maybe check with them in advance if they can provide different arrangements for more pressing connection needs, we didn't complain since it was good enough for our needs, so we don't know if anything could be done)

Staff was very helpful, courteous and attentive. Stored luggage before due check in due to an early arrival. Days after checkout realized that had left some glasses in at the property and staff had found said glasses and worked out a plan for a third party to pick up.

Hotel is comfortable and well located, but for some people taste it may be a outdated. In our case it was what we were looking for a comfortable place with a good location.

Otel yaxşı yerdə yerləşir. Barinin əsas küçə və prospektləri ilə kəsişir. Düz yanında Cuzeppe Qaribaldi parkı yerləşir. Heyət çox istiqanlıdır. Şəhərdə yalnız 1 gün qaldığımız üçün onlardan maksimum yaxşı nömrə xahiş etmişdim və onlar bu xahişimə biganə qalmadılar. Buna görə xüsusilə otel heyətinə təşəkkür edirəm.

Səhər yeməyi yalnız şirniyyatdan ibarətdir. Şirniyyatı çox yeyə bilməyən, üstəlik səhər yeməyində yeyə bilməyən adam üçün bu faciəvi bir durum idi. Ancaq digər bonuslar bu kiçik problemin üstündən xətt çəkir.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant and enjoying. The hotel is located close to the old town, so it creates an comfortable opportunity for walking around Bari. During the stay, the staff was immensely helpful, especially the receptionist, Paolo, who was amazingly helpful and always offered some advice, e.g., how to spend your time in Bari, or where go to eat, etc. Paolo seemed to have everything under his control, which made my stay uncommonly comfortable. If any problem occurs, he will solve it quickly and without hesitation.
