Hotel Ambasciatori

Hotel included everything as written in description before booking. The hotel contains parking in front of the hotel and underground garage. Breakfast was okay for me. I would just recommend having eggs not just boiled as an option. The location is perfect. Metro station is 500m far away and even walking to the city isnt too far away (aprox. 15 min).

The comfort of the bed for us was below average. I had problems with sleeping and back pain. All in all the staff was polite and tried to solve my problem but unfortunately not to the expectation that we imagined it would be. I'm not the kind of person who is "picky". I just think that the hotel with 4 stars could be a bit more modern and at least be comfortable. Ive been in 2 star hotels which had comfortable beds. I hope that you will solve these problems in the future and wish you all the best!

A wide selection at breakfast. Scrambled eggs were available upon request. The staff was very helpful, e.g. when I requested additional call hangers or adapter.

It was quite noisy at night if you room was situated from the street side. The pillows weren't particularly comfortable.It would be just perfect if there was a gym and a swimming pool. It is quite surprising that the restaurant at the hotel is closed at the weekends.

I love smooth hotel experiences, and it was indeed provided, from driving straight into the parking lot to getting the iron board quick and a restaurant reservation executed while I was unpacking. I appreciate smiley and kind service, especially in the peak season and touristic places, it's not being taken for granted knowing how hard people work to make everyone happy. And there was a dog to pet:)

My single room was modest, almost monastery style. With only one electrical outlet, which is not up to today's standard of peoples devices usage. I didn't try to ask for a solution, assuming the kind of service, It could have been provided.

The best part of the Ambasciatori was the professionalism of the staff. They were exceptionally polite, spoke excellent English, and were eager to help.

A large and delicious breakfast buffet was served every day, but the excellent restaurant only served lunch and dinner on weekdays. It would have been nice to have had another memorable dinner over the weekend.

The best part about our five-night stay was definitely the continental breakfast with various options even for picky eaters. Moreover, the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, such as providing information about public transport and local sights. Also, our room had everything needed and more, and was cleaned frequently and thoroughly. Would definitely visit again!

We couldn't connect to the WiFi properly when trying to watch Netflix.

Good value for money. The room was big and clean. Hotel was easy to get to from the centre of town via the metro. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lack tea bags in the room - but I'm British so probably not a such big deal for other nationalities.

For my view the Hotel is in a great location. Very polite staff. Structure a little dated but very well kept. Spacious and well-kept room, much appreciated is the fact that in addition to having curtains on the window there were shutters. Very comfortable double bed! Spacious parking included in the room price.

I found some gaps even if they are easy to solve. In the bathroom there are two things to fix: the toilet roll holder and the lack of an extractor fan. Personally I did not find the breakfast very good, some dishes gave me the idea that they were old :-(

We have chosen for second time the hotel. The room was bigger and better than the first time. The beds were extremely comfortable. High-quality bathing stuff (soaps, shampoos, etc.) Excellent breakfast, very kind and polite staff. Own parking. The hotel is not in the centre (we did not need such a proximity), but close to it, in a area that looks safe. There is a very good and not expensive restaurant nearby - Al Serbatoio, recommended to us also by the hotel staff during our first visit. If we come for a third time, we will stay again here.

The breakfast was all right, the hotel is on 1.2 km walking distance from city center.

There is a noise coming from the elevator, we had a room whose wall was just next to one elevator. But we slept fine because nobody was using the elevator during the night.

Room was ready even though we arrived early. Staff on check in were really nice and advised activities and things to do. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Possibly the worst breakfast selection I've ever had. Hot carrots and beans are not what would I would expect from a 4 star hotel. No hot eggs or bacon etc. The selection wasn't great overall.
