Perfect location in the heart of the old town, picturesque view from the balcony, nice dining room with the possibility to use the refrigerator or to make a cup of coffee whenever needed, versatile breakfast selection, large rooms and a very good bed.

New AC made weird noises sometimes (in the middle of the night), but it should work itself in soon, then it will stop. Good thing was it kept the room perfectly cool, while it was very hot outside, so it was ok really. Suggest taking air plugs with you, just in case.

The location was perfect, literally steps from the ‘must see’ places in Brescia, great restaurants and specialty shops. The accommodations were very clean and overlooked a charming square. It was extremely hot during our visit and the AC functioned exceptionally well. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a variety of choices. Loved the chilled water tank - ideal to fill your water bottle before heading out to explore. Definetly our place to stay when returning to the city, especially given how accommodating and helpful our host was.

Everything worked very well for us

Great B&B close to all major points of interest in Brescia and a short 15 min walk from train station. I stayed in the Deluxe Room with Balcony, which was comfortable and had a good bathroom and very good shower (hard to find in Italy sometimes!). I was initially concerned about the road noise, being only one floor up from street level, but the balcony doors were double-glazed and it was very quiet at night. Really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was the self-serve type and was ample. The host, Veronica, was very friendly and accomodating.

Nothing. Although a bag rack may be a good future addition to consider?

The property is charming, clean and beautifully furnished. It has a spacious common area where guests can enjoy breakfast and relax during the day. The bedroom is stylish, comfortable and well equipped (with some extra natural products for hair and skin care). The B&B is located in the heart of Brescia among elegant buildings and with a lovely view on the streets. Veronica is very kind and welcoming, clear in communication, and readily available for any issue or assistance. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who is visiting Brescia!

The breakfast room was a delight. It's bright and sunny and looks out on the square opposite and the choice of food and drinks was excellent. The location was ideal. Very close to everything. The bedroom was spacious and clean with enough places to accomodate bags etc. The host was pleasant and very helpful.

The bathroom was also spacious and clean but the entry into the shower was a little on the narrow side.

The accommodation is located in a fantastic area in the heart of the old town. The host is really friendly, welcoming and flexible. Our room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. There is an option of air condition too, which helps during hot summer days. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! We would recommend this place to everybody!

Everything was perfect! If possible it would only be an improvement if the room would have had a private bathroom, but sharing didn't cause any issues either as the place was kept spotless clean.

1) Location is really cool, close to the city centre, Vittoria subway station is approx. 10 mins away by foot 2) Cool room with a distinct style and a big comfy bed. Common space looked perfect and clean as well 3) Really nice bathroom, liked it a lot ! Overall satisfied with the stay!

1) Check-in procedure was complicated and required a stable internet connection, at least initially. No reception available, only automatic check-in. 2) Could not find a way to open the window in the room to the full extent

Greatly located apartment in the centre of Brescia in a lovely neighborhood offers everything you need as a traveler. Tastefully decorated room with a nice balcony towards the inside of the neighborhood. The host Veronica is so kind and helpful that it's almost hard to believe. She will make you feel like you are staying at a friend's place. Great choice in Brescia!

Breakfast could be a little bit richer and more fresh and the elevator sound in our room M was pretty loud. But they probably can't do much about that. And it didn't spoil our stay.

I stayed one night with my dog because in the morning we had an appointment with the trainer for him in the nearby dog training academy. The owner and I were in contact via whatsapp and she was super helpful, walking me through every step, where to find keys, where to park.. She even arranged the breakfast in the bar in front of the B&B as I have some dietary requirements she was not equipped for in the facility. She was honestly amazing! ⭐️ It was all extremely clean and cozy. There is a lovely living room where you ca chill. I loved also the privacy. Everything is designed to make your stay as comfy as possible in every little detail.

It was all really great, no complains here.

I booked a few days for my parents after a very long and stressful year. They loved the stay and are already planning to go back in March. The room was sparkling clean and has a nice balcony. The location is absolutely perfect and close to all the amenities or at a very short walk distance. Veronica was a perfect host, she looked after my parents and was available for any need. Highly recommended for a nice break or a longer stay. Grazie Veronica! You are fab!
