Although this hotel needs some new investments in the interior and rooms, they are still trying to keep the standards and thanks to their staff they are doing it pretty decent. Receptionist helped us when there was a noise from the room next to us and solve the situation pretty fast and with manners. Ladies from the restaurant are kind, warm and professional and the food is lovely. Very nice breakfast! Nice base if you want to enjoy wonderfull Lucca and visit couple of other sights in Toscany. Very good traffic connection. Recommeding to other travelers.

The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable. The room was a good size, the bed was massive and the bathroom was very clean, with the shower pressure and the temperature of the water being very good. It is close to the motorway and is only 15 minutes walk from the walled city.

Sadly due to the hangover from Covid, some facilities have not yet been restarted, such as the restaurant and the bar. Living in Italy I know that they could be so I suspect it is the hotel chain that are dictating this. Eurostars, as someone that uses hotel bars and restaurants when I am staying there, please sort this out ASAP.

Very kind and polite personnel !! The room was very clean and re-made daily! Minor issue with the heating as we visited the place when it just started being the hot period and the room temperature control was still in the heating mode, so we had to operate the window in order to get some fresh air.

The tilting function of the window was not working so we had to open it the regular way but still, opening a one meter wide window right next to the bed is not as practical...

Breakfast was good. The room was meeting our expectations and the location was good. Highway next door.

I can't recall anything that was bad. We had a very good experience and in the future, when we come to Lucca again, I will certainly book this hotel again.

It was easy access from the motorway and not far from town Ideal for our night stay before the flight on the following day The rooms are average size well laid out and clean- very efficient AC

good value, it was clean and modern. all the staff were very helpful, especially the bar staff who went the extra Mike to make our stay special.

the noise from the nearby traffic was disturbing during the night. more sound proofing is needed in the rooms.

-service was great, very polite and helpful. -breakfast was good for family with kids -good location with a supermarket next door. -I would highly recommend this hotel.

-wish had a shuttle from train station to the hotel. -did not have ice in the room, maybe can have a note where to get some if in case available.

Had to request a safe if you required one. Hotel restaurant closed a few years ago booked as returning customer so didn’t check on site

Well-located, free parking, nearby grocery and McDonalds, able to walk into old city.

Loud sex sounds from adjoining rooms several times through every night.

Near to supermarket and highway. Near to city center. Car strongly recommended. Very good breakfast.

The elevator was slow. Try to avoid busy times for breakfast.
