Tramas - Ospitalita' del Conte Hotel & Spa

Hotel in the hystorical center of Olbia, few steps from the main walking street with restaurants and shops. A bit difficult to park but found easily nearby payment parking area. The people attending were very kind and professional. The spa at a reasonable cost was very good for the size of the hotel (big jacuzzi type pool, hot vapour sauna, mud and salt to cure the skin, various showers, several resting areas). Breakfast was good level. Very clean. Nice shower in the room.

I would improve bed sheets type and make them more like the standard cotton ones. But this was marginal issue.

My room was a sanctuary of comfort, meticulously clean, and boasting a newly renovated bathroom which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The tranquil ambiance created an environment perfect for relaxation and allowed me to unwind fully after my daily excursions. The Spa area was a highlight of my visit, providing a serene setting that furthered my journey to relaxation. The various facilities were well-maintained and inviting, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable wellness experience. What truly set my stay apart, however, was the hotel staff. Their professionalism, coupled with their warm hospitality, ensured that every need was promptly met, making me feel exceptionally well-cared-for during my stay.

While my stay was generally pleasant, I did notice that the breakfast room was a bit too dark for my liking and could use some extra attention in terms of cleanliness. Nonetheless, the ambiance was still nice.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a bar but no bartender. meaning moren than a prosecco, aperol or a bear was not available. on the other side also than the staff tries to meet your wishes. since the hotel is located in the city centre you don’t really need the bar.

It’s really good located, the hotel is super clean and the room was spacious. The shower was amazing.

The fact you have to pay for the water you get in the fridge in your room was too much. At least water could be inclusive.

I lived in other building 50 meters from the hotel, really liked the apartment, it was brand new, cosy and stylish. My family lived in hotel building, I liked their room less, because it was older. But they had a huge terrace with sunbeds and chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Superior room was big enough and location was good. It has a parking place in front of the hotel but you have to book in advance. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Cleaning could be better.

Very good breakfast, loved the health spa, helpful staff, sorted the one small issue I spotted very quickly.

The sound proofing between the corridor and the rooms isn't great, but wasn't a massive issue .

Proximity to city center; nice decor and modern feel

Noise insulation; lack of black-out curtains for all windows; 8 parking stalls only (should clarify that parking may be available)

Great hotel, lovely staff. Our room was a mini-suite - very spacious with private balcony. Great location with old town, restaurants only a 2 minute stroll.

we had a great stay here, staff were very helpful and friendly, explained the local area well. the spa path is incredible! Will definitely be back next year
