B&B La dimora di Katiu'

It was renovated and very clean room , the kitchen had a lot of supplies and water in the fridge! The breakfast was the basic European breakfast which was ok !! Although the neighborhood at night didn't seem so good ( no street lights , abit dirty) we didn't feel unsafe thought and it was close by foot everything! We walked the whole Palermo by feet and return home all at a distance of less than two km .

We killed two cockroaches in the kitchen but I think they came from outside !! Because the place looked very clean ! The noise was really disturbing either from the road or from the people in the shared kitchen . They woke us up many times .

Very nice host and apartment located near chatedral and also has good connection with other cities since train and bus stations are 10 min far from property. Good wifi and air condition. Solid breakfast. Room was exactly the same as on pictures.

A bit awkward toilet flushing sistem and a bit noisy because of some work in the building.

Amazing place. Roberto and his mother are phenomenal - very nice and responsive! They also took the extra time to recommend us various things to do and ensured we felt very welcomed, this was greatly appreciated. The rooms were a great size and very comfortable - the facilities generally and breakfast were great. We would recommend staying here !

Good quality-price. Nice overall decoration and brightness. Fresh fruit for breakfast. Some parking "slots" (no lines but it is ok) around were free (i.e. Corso Tukory).

Pillows were too stuffed in our view, but the mattress was comfortable. Also, some could find a bit troubling to pass by the nearby streets at night, but that seems to happen almost everywhere in Palermo out of the very center.

We were here during less touristy times. Even though we only booked a few hours before, and we were the only guests, we got quick and very friendly access to the room. I can highly recommend B&B La dimora di Katiu'.

Walking to or from downtown at night might be a bit gloomy depending on which route you take. We ha no issues though.

It was a reslly nice B&B. The place has been recently renovated and everything is new. The host was so gentle and help us with everything we asked. I totally recommend this place to have a nice stay in Palermo.

The owner will charge 20euro if you arrive after 21 hour,maybe must put in the presentation,in rest the lady is very helpfull!

The host was very nice, efficient and helpful. The breakfast is quite good with fresh fruit and everything you need! Very nice place in general!

The location of the B&B was very close to a bit sketchy streets although the street itself felt safe and we even left the car parked there with no problems.

Amazing and helpful owner. The room is super clean with great localisation. Additionally, there shouldnt be a problem with finding parking slot.

Breakfast is really poor, so bear in mind that you should have something outside, but near BB there is a great bar where you can order amazing croissants!

Was a very brief stay, but the room is in good condition and clean, the host was friendly, and the location is close to the central station.

The main entrance is not obvious, and the location can be busy at times.
